So, I was looking to buy some fitness gear and stumbled upon Start Fitness website. At first, I was pretty excited to find some good deals on their site. But, boy was I wrong! I ended up getting hit with some non EU customs charges. I mean, seriously? Who wants to deal with that kind of hassle? It's just not fair to the consumers. I feel like they should have been more upfront about this. It's just misleading and not cool. I wouldn't trust them again.

I wouldn't recommend buying from Start Fitness. They don't seem to stand behind their products. It takes them a long time to respond to complaints, and when they finally do, they don't really offer any solutions. Instead, they just say sorry and don't do anything to fix the problem. I suggest spending a bit more money somewhere else before giving Start Fitness your business.

I ordered some shoes from Start Fitness and they didn't fit right at all. They were supposed to be my size, but they weren't. I tried emailing them three times to ask for a refund, but they never responded. I was getting really frustrated, so I decided to just send the shoes back myself. I recently made a purchase from Start Fitness and I must say, I was a bit disappointed with what I received. I ordered a pair of trainers from their online shop and upon receiving them, I noticed that they looked like they had been used before. It's possible that they were shop demo stock or maybe even something like Amazon's try before you buy program.

The soles of both trainers showed signs of wear and tear, as if they had been used on a dirty surface. Additionally, there was a noticeable dirty mark on the front toe section of one of the trainers. It was quite disappointing to receive a pair of trainers that were not in a new condition.

Furthermore, the state of the box was also quite poor. The underside of the box was particularly damaged, which further indicated that the trainers were not in a new condition. It's a shame that the packaging was not taken care of, as it can affect the overall presentation of the product.

Overall, my experience with Start Fitness was not great. While I appreciate the convenience of online shopping, I was disappointed to receive a product that was not in the condition that I expected. I hope that they can improve their quality control measures in the future to ensure that customers receive products that are in a new and unused condition.

I recently ordered from Start Fitness and unfortunately, my order arrived later than expected. I was quite disappointed with the service as the company had stated that the address I provided was incorrect. This caused me a lot of inconvenience as I had to pay an additional $21.40 to collect my parcel due to the wrong address. The address was incomplete and not what I had written at the checkout.

To make matters worse, I had to wait longer than the expected delivery date due to a mistake that I did not make. I had to travel quite a distance just to collect my parcel and on top of that, I had to pay for it. I was really frustrated as I had waited a long time for my order to arrive and it was supposed to arrive earlier.

I decided to email Start Fitness to express my disappointment and frustration. However, their response was not satisfactory. They simply replied with a two-sentence email that said it was a tax fee. This was not helpful at all as the receipt clearly stated that the payment was due to claiming back the postage directly from the post office.

I was really disappointed with their response and decided to email them again. However, to my surprise, they replied with the same answer and did not even apologize for the inconvenience caused. This was really frustrating as I felt like they were not taking responsibility for their mistake and were blaming the Royal Mail for the incorrect address.

Overall, I would not recommend buying from Start Fitness again as their service was not up to par. The inconvenience caused by their mistake and the lack of responsibility taken was really disappointing.
