Star City Construction review: Complaint

On July 12, 2022, Hunter Moore of Star City Construction came to our house to review and estimate the repair of our outside water damaged kitchen wall, but not before he received a fee of $150. Hunter stated that with the rising gas prices, it wasn’t feasible for him to travel all over town to provide FREE estimates. We agreed to the fee, with the stipulation that if he was awarded the contract, it would be absorbed into the cost. He agreed to the terms.

It is now September 2, and after numerous attempts to communicate with Hunter, we have not received the estimate that he agreed to do and got paid for. Therefore, we would not recommend using Hunter or his firm, Star City Construction, and we would give him the lowest level possible in ratings.
