Quick, professional, polite. Only issue is that I got charged rate for two people to change out a GFCI breaker. Think it should have been 50% of labor or just one person. My bad I guess for not asking cost ahead of time.

My service call was on Feb 24, day of ice storm, so I thought I would be canceled. But nope, technicians arrived on time and were completely professional and friendly in finding in fixing my problems. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

This was the second time I have used Staley for installation of outdoor upgrades. Both times they have been helpful and efficient. They listened to what I wanted and got to work to get it done. I'll call them next time I need someone. I highly recommend!

Had a service call concerning an issue that cropped up several weeks after new circuits and panel installed, an assessment done and problem repaired and covered under warranty. Very happy with quick response to our service call. Highly recommend Staley Electric.

Jeff and his intern were fabulous. I have a nearly impossible problem to solve and they tackled it head on and gave me answers. As soon as the parts are in they will be back to fix a very tedious problem that other electricians told me could not be done. They were prompt to get back with me when I first called and even though they were not immediately available to come out, the office made me feel like they wanted my business and scheduled me as soon as they could. My experience with this company has been excellent. Every person we spoke with during the process was friendly and helpful. They showed up on time/15 minutes earlier. Whenever we had questions, they answered the phone quickly with no hold time and allowed us to ask all the questions we had. The workers were very professional, worked continuously to get the job done, and left the area neat/neater than they found it. After the job was done, they explained what had been done and helped us to understand how to operate the equipment. We highly recommend Staley Electric. We have decided to make Staley Electric our first call for any future electrical issues.
