I have wrote this letter and no response

I would like someone to call me so we may speak and not just follow up with an email response.

After speaking with PG&E several times they have determined that your company was not properly reporting the solar power generated by my solar system for the months of June, July, August, and September 2022. They have no records of any generated power and said it was the Spruce's responsibility to report the total generated KWH and the total KWH used which was produced by system on the clients monthly statement. They also stated that their has been a "Lack of Transparency in Spruce's Billing Procedures" as quoted by the PG&E representative that Spruce does not show how much of the produced power is used by the client and how much should be fed into the electrical grid which would be credited to the client on the PG&E True-Up balance. The result is a higher True-Up because of inadequate reporting of the power generation into PG&E's grid.

Therefore Spruce should be either paying me a check for the balance of giving me credit while the system was not working properly as reported by Spruce's technicians on several occasions while they were attempting to get the parts that were faulty in the system. Your records should show that several technicians came to the residence during the time frame the system was not adequately reporting to PG&E. The solar panels are not dirty as a letter suggested on your most recent response. In fact that was a ridiculous attempt to side step the real problem as the person sending the letter was never at the residence or had anyone inspect the panels. Because I cannot speak when I'm at work, I will be expecting your call at 12:30 PM, PST, Tuesday Feb 21 with a detailed report on how much of the solar power was generated and how much was used by the residence each month for the last 12 months. I hope to resolve this issue as it has been going on for way too long and your lackadaisical attitude is causing me a lot of mental stress and time off work. Please lets get this issue resolved before I have to escalate it to a higher public authority.

Desired outcome: I would like them to fix my billing and take off the panels off my house because they don’t work properly as well is canceling the contract
