I bought a top from Splendid 15 days ago, but I haven't received any updates on my order. I've sent them multiple emails, but they haven't responded yet. I'm starting to wonder if this company is legit or not. It's frustrating that they don't offer cash on delivery as an option, and we had to pay online. I hope they can resolve this issue soon.

Splendid is a company that I would not recommend dealing with. Their returns policy is a real pain in the neck and it seems like they don't want anyone to use it. I had to return an item from Australia all the way to England and it cost me more than the item itself. It's a real shame because I was excited to receive my purchase, but it turned out to be a disappointment.

I ain't never gonna buy from Splendid again, that's for sure. I got myself a jumpsuit from their website, but it didn't say nothin' 'bout it bein' a "final sale". When I received the items, I removed all the tags that were pinned on (not sewn in tags) so that I could wash them before wearing. However, when I went to wash the jacket, I noticed that it had a dry clean only tag on it. I was disappointed and felt like I had been misled. I reached out to Splendid to see if they could refund the item.

After readin otha reviews and havin my emails bounce back, i think i been scammed. I ordered sum clothes from Splendid (splendid.com) and ain't heard nothin back from them. I'm hopin they come through, but i ain't too confident. It's a shame cuz i was lookin forward to rockin some of their gear. I'll update this review if i hear anythin back from them.
