Rubbish products, incorrect info on their sizing guide. Terrible customer ‘service’. I bought a matching human : pooch hoodie combo. Their sizing guide is waaay out. The info on the product page said ‘final sale’ with no further elaboration. My dog’s hoodie was too small , they refused to refund or exchange . They claimed that the terms were on the product page. They weren’t. I put a review online on TP, they responded to make it look as though as they wanted to help

Me reach ‘a resolution’ they didn’t and responded to my email with ‘no refunds or exchanges & lied and said that the details were on the product page. I’ve since read other reviews which mention that they are all Dropshipped crapola from China. They are all over the Tok like a rash. Stealing a living with their shoddy goods & underhand practices.
