I am so very pleased with this company and their age appropriate, adorable clothes, shoes, and accessories! I have ordered from them for several years and I do not have one complaint, except that they make too many cute things, so I spend too much money! In all seriousness, their inventory is so cute and super affordable. I have been able to pass all my daughter's Sparkle in Pink outfits to my niece in excellent shape, after numerous washes. We get so many compliments on everything she wears!

This is by far the best place to buy clothing for kids that I have found. The clothes are all great quality and the prices are for the most part the lowest that I have found. But if I am honest it's always the customer service that keeps me coming back. I have accidentally placed an order before and within minutes of reaching out to customer service the order was canceled. I have also had a problem where an outfit I ordered was missing the shorts and they were immediately sent out. We absolutely love everything about this company!

I am a raving fan of Sparkle In Pink. I have been a customer for quite a few years and being an indulgent, yet thrifty Grandma with 4 lovely granddaughters, I have found that SIP has been just the internet shopping experience that I hoped it would be. I think they have fair pricing, and the sales are outstanding. I have had to call a couple of times for questions, and my calls are answered promptly and courteously. My only wish is that free shipping began at a lower dollar amount (I hate paying for shipping) I give Sparkle in Pink 2 Thumbs UP!

Sparkle in Pink has great prices, you pay almost double if you go to other childrens shops. The shipping is fast and on time. I have bought numerous things for my daughter and have always gotten so many compliments on her outfits!

I absolutely love sparkle in pink, its almost all my daughter wears now. Definitely the best place to buy holiday outfits too! True to size, but sometimes I go up one for a longer wear time (not with long pants or jeans.) Orders always arrive in a good amount of time, you can earn rewards for shopping, way better pricing than most boutiques, vibrant colors and great quality, and they have new releases every day! Im addicted and my girl gets sooo many compliments. They also have mommy and me things which is another bonus! Never had any issues with customer care either. 100/10 recommended!

She wears a 3T and the clothes were big enough to fit my older daughter who wears little girls 4-5. I also ordered a size 6 in toddler and it was equivalent to a size 9 in toddler. The shoes were so light and cheap my daughter immediately slipped in the shoes on our hardwood floor. Horrible quality. I requested a return and realized I had to pay to send back items. They said this is how they keep prices low. I think the poor quality is how they keep prices low. I will never order from here again. I just wanted my money back after being unsatisfied but have to pay more money to do that.

We bought our first SIP outfit 5 years ago when my 7 year old was 2 years old...we still have it...hopefully our 18 month old will be able to wear it this summer! We just adore everything we get from SIP...the outfits are always adorable and my daughters always gets so many compliments! my oldest two have outgrown most of the clothes (sometimes we get the woman's size small for my size 12/14 daughter). This year we are trying out the swimsuits for the first time...my 7 year old loves the one we bought her so much that she wore it around the house all day...in the middle of winter! We will forever be SIP costumers...well at least until my youngest outgrows the outfits...but we have a while before that happens.

Buyer BEWARE...I want to love these clothes but it's hard to like anything from this company. I have not received my package. After numerous calls, email I continue to get the same excuses over and over. They use a delivery company that no one has heard of and then both companies can't tell me where my package is. My package shipped on July 29th in the time frame that was allowed before their "big move." And still waiting. After all this I continue to be put on hold for them to investigate the situation. One of the many outfits that was ordered was a first day of school outfit that states the # of grade. When I reached out a week ago the customer service rep. didn't even offer to overnight a new one so my child would have it to wear. I mentioned this to the person I spoke to this morning and their response was "We're a small business and can't do that." Really?!?!?

I LOVE SIP! I've ordered from them off and on since my daughter was a baby..so for 7 years and not once have I been disappointed! Of course this time my daughter wanted to be picky and switch up a Halloween costume... First of all WHO KNEW THEY HAD ADORABLE COSTUMES?!?!? So adorable my daughter couldn't make up her mind even after I purchased... the FIRST one! Anyway, they we soo quick and SO kind to help me cancel my first order without any problems. They made sure that it was the correct order which was great because I was honestly nervous that it would either cancel everything or the wrong order would've been canceled. The fact that they got back to me so quick and made everything so simple. ALSO answered my question about their other costume my daughter wanted and was honest saying that even if it was in stock I would probably not get it in time for Halloween and that alone says enough for me!

I was very disappointed in my experience with this company. I made several different purchases from this company; Some as gifts that I had shipped directly to the person. One of the orders I recently purchased, had clothes that fell apart when I opened the package. I contacted them and they were very rude and wouldn't let me exchange the product for non damaged product. They eventually just refunded the money for the damaged piece, after I contacted the ComplaintsBoard.com. They then took away all of the "reward'' points I earned from all of my other orders, and closed my account so I could not order from them again. I would be very careful ordering from this company. The clothes are not made well, which is fine if your planning on only using it once. Most of the clothes are "occasion" clothes, so that's usually the case anyways. But you do risk the chance of the item arriving damaged and unusable. In which cause, you will be given the run around. I would highly suggest just ordering from a more ethical, reputable company.

I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY STATED THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT FOR ME, AND TOLD ME THAT IT MUST OF JUST BEEN A MISSED SCAN AND TO SEE IF IT UPDATED OVER THE WEEKEND, A FEW DAYS LATER I RECIEVED A COMMENT FROM THEM ON A POST ON *** THAT STATED "GREAT NEWS WE'VE TRACKED YOUR ORDER AND IT'S SCHEDULED TO BE DELIEVERED MAY 10TH". I KNEW THAT WAS A LOAD OF BULL BECAUSE IF I CAN'T TRACK IT, THEY CAN'T TRACK IT, WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED YESTERDAY AND I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN, NO EXPLAINATION OTHER THAN MY PACKAGE WAS "LOST" AND MY MONEY ENDED UP BACK IN MY ACCOUNT (WHICH I WAS THANKFUL FOR) BUT STILL NO REASON AS TO WHERE MY PACKAGE AND NO ATTEMPT TO MAKE IT RIGHT BUT SHIPPING ME OUT ANOTHER PACKAGE WITH THE CLOTHES I ORDERED INSTEAD OF A REFUND. When I finally got my box, it only had one pair of jammies and the zipper was messed up. They didn't send me anything else I ordered. I tried calling them but they never picked up, and I sent them three emails but only got a lame response saying they'd get back to me. They never did, even when I hit them up on social media. I got screenshots to prove it. They said they'd call me back twice but never did. It's been almost a month and I'm done trying to get my stuff. I just want my money back and a label to send back their busted jammies. I even wrote about it on my blog to see if anyone else had the same problem, and a bunch of people did.

The scans just say it's late in transit. I just want my $260 back now. The staff stopped helping me and now I'm getting emails from some company called Route that's their insurance that pays for lost shipping packages. They said they won't refund until 7 days after the package ain't scanned no more by *** That means my package can go around the country for a year being scanned as late (not even a specific location) and they got an excuse not to refund me. I already had to spend more money replacing my girl's Christmas gifts. I'm just annoyed with this whole thing. This ain't the first time I had shipping issues with them but just know that paying for fast shipping don't mean nothing and they love to stick by the fact that once the stuff leaves the facility it's out of their hands and they're sad too and it ain't their fault. Buy from them knowing that shipping can be an issue, lots of people have shipping issues and they ain't quick to take responsibility for them at all. Don't buy if you need these things for holidays, gifts, or school and if you do buy at least a month ahead.

I just placed a new order. I can't judge this one yet, however when I have ordered in the past everything went great!
This was the first time I shopped this online store. Everything looked promising, so I placed an order for school clothes, over $300. I never received my order in which I paid $318.49. When I reached out about my still not received order, they respond by thanking me for buying from them and a list of packaged scanned locations. Then they stopped responding. I still have yet to receive the clothes I paid for.
