Ricardo is knowledgeable of the entire process to transition to solar and was up front with all fees and costs. He was professional and personable. The installation was efficient and we couldn't be more excited to switch to solar.

Very easy to work with. Convenient and worked with my schedule very efficiently. Made the process so easy for me, I would definitely reccomend to any and everyone. Even after the install, Ricardo stopped by to ensure my process was done correctly and to see what other questions I had.

Had a great experience today - met Julian and Dominique. Everyone was super friendly. Dominique was extremely knowledgeable to the level that she could explain everything perfectly and make it really easy to understand. We are so excited to start our journey into solar energy with Source NRG and with Dominique! Ricardo stopped by to follow up on the install and was super friendly!

Dominique was by my house on 6/1 to discuss and explain the solar energy process to me. I have to admit that I knew very little about this, but now I feel confident that I am taking the right step by going green. First of all, she showed up at the appointed time! She was very nice and knowledgeable about the product. Everything was very well explained. Looking forward to doing business with your company.

Today me and my husband have finally made the decision to go green! And we couldn't be anymore excited. From first meeting Mark, to sitting down with the energy specialist, Matt N. I couldn't be more pleased with how professional they are. Matt was able to answer all questions and provide more info than I was aware of about solar, he was extremely knowledgeable and well informative. I couldn't be more excited for my energy efficient upgrades.

These people do not communicate well. They leave the actual work of installing the solar panel system to SunTalk who do not communitcate well. I signed a contract for the system the first of February . As of this date July 6 the system is still not working. The electric panel did not meet *** regs so the whole panel has to be replaced. However, they did not get *** out until May to inspect. I am very unhappy with both companies.

I just had a great experience with *** about, not just solar panels and energy, but he was knowledgeable about helping make my house more efficient. This guy was very professional and he really knows his business, I apricated that he took the time to answer all my questions and help me understand what I was actually getting for my home. I would recommend Source NRG and *** to anyone thinking about Solar energy.////UPDATE/////08/10 I am just updating my post as the process has started to take shape, as *** stated in his brief to me, it is on pace in the time frame he briefed to me. The guys who came to put the panels up were super professional and did a great job, especially in the 90 degree plus heat. They answered any questions I had and made sure not to do any damage and left everything clean and neat as it was when they arrived. I am now just waiting on the final inspection and last walk through, before submitting to Black Hills. Through out this entire process I have not had to worry, as ***, has always been there to answer any questions I may have had or silenced any worries that I may have had. He is a very professional guy and easy to work with. Looking forward to going live with my solar. Thanks again to Source NRG and ***.
