I got a new AC from SOS Fuels on 4-20-22 and they've come to fix it 4 times since then (5/31, 6/26,7/8,7/22)
I got a new AC from SOS Fuels on 4-20-22 and they've come to fix it 4 times since then (5/31, 6/26,7/8,7/22). On the 3rd visit, they took $379.31 from our credit card without telling us or asking permission. We didn't even let them save our card info. I thought we'd get free service for a year since the first 2 times were free and the 4th time wasn't charged. If they said they'd charge us, we wouldn't have let them fix it. My AC still doesn't work and they say it's the line set's fault, so they're charging us. But they didn't know that until the 4th visit. We planned to have the AC ready before summer when they're not as busy, but it didn't work out and we had to suffer through the hot summer without AC.

I called SOS Fuels to get my oil delivered, like I always do. They brought it, I paid, and that was that. But then, two weeks later, I saw an extra charge on my card that I didn't okay. I called them up and they said it was a contract fee from our discussion two weeks ago. But I never agreed to any contract with them! I didn't say they could charge my card two weeks later either. When I asked them about it, they said I agreed to a contract they never sent me. How could I agree to something I never saw? They said I agreed to it verbally, but I don't remember that. When I said I never signed anything, they said I didn't have to. They wouldn't take the charge off, even though I never agreed to it. Then, after I got my money back, they charged me $399 to cancel a contract I never agreed to in the first place! They're trying to force me into a relationship with them, but I don't want any part of it.
