this company keeps calling me with their robot voice and it's getting annoying. I told them to stop calling me but they keep doing it. I'm on the no call list, so they shouldn't be bothering me like this.

I had an experience with Solar Xperts between May 10 to 17th. Luckily, no money was exchanged, but a loan is still in the process of being closed. I would advise against doing business with them or allowing anyone from Solar Xperts into your home. One of their employees, who is no longer working for them (surprise, surprise), gave us false information about documents that we were asked to sign, claiming they were for pre-approval only. If you do decide to allow them to give their solar presentation, do not sign any documents from them. These documents are not for pre-approval only, but official documents that allow them to trick you into taking out a loan and starting work. We have contacted Freedom Forever, Solar Xperts, and Mosaic to resolve the issue. Freedom Forever and Solar Xperts have resolved the issue for canceling the project, but the loan being closed is still pending. If the loan cannot be closed for any reason, I believe it is Solar Xperts' responsibility to reimburse Mosaic for the loan due to an ex-employee giving people false information.

I had a problem with this company because I had to deal with four different business people who promised that I would get a refund once the solar was installed. They all promised this, but on 4/10, I was charged and late fees because the owner told me on 6/20 that I wouldn't have to pay until my solar was installed. So far, I've paid a lot of money for the solar loan to Black Hills Energy, which I was told would generate over ***kw, but I only made 400kw in a month. They said I would get money back from Black Hills Energy and only pay *** a month. I also paid out of pocket to cut down trees so I could see if that helped, but I was still only producing 400kw. *** told me on text messages that he had to wait to get a new contractor to put a monitor to see how much I was producing, and I am still having to pay for Black Hills Energy. Now, *** is not returning my calls or texts. I have paid over *** and he said I would be reimbursed, but he hasn't done anything yet. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. Don't use SolarXperts, they will make you broke and hungry.
