I've been trying to cancel my automatic delivery from Smileactives for months now, but it's been a real struggle. I'm so fed up with this company that I'm going to call my bank and tell them that Smileactives are the biggest scam artists out there. They need to be stopped because they're taking advantage of people and not answering their phones or emails. I highly recommend that no one ever orders from this [censored]aze company. People like them should be in jail for scamming others. They're not going to get away with this. If anyone else wants to join me in demanding refunds, I won't allow this company to get away with their fraudulent behavior.

So, I decided to give Smileactives a try and signed up for their intro offer which cost me around $40. I also chose to subscribe to the same order, which included 2 tubes and 2 wands, at the same price to be delivered every 3 months. However, after just one month, I received a notification that they were sending me another order for $47. I was not happy with this and decided to cancel my subscription. But, to my surprise, I still received the order, which looked different from what I had ordered initially. Instead of 2 smaller tubes and 2 wands, I received one bigger tube and 3 wands.

To make matters worse, a week later, I received a past due invoice for over $140. It was clear that they had set me up on a subscription for a 3-month supply, which was only one third larger than the original "1-month supply" I had ordered. This was definitely not what I had signed up for. I was disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.

However, I was relieved to find out that I could return the product for a full refund, although I had to pay for the return postage. Unfortunately, they did not have a system to register a return, so I had to send it in, get a tracking number, and hope for the best.

Overall, my experience with Smileactives was not a pleasant one. I learned my lesson and will never sign up for a subscription again. It always turns out to be a scam. I should have known better.

So, I saw this product on TV and decided to give it a try. I went to the website and bought a basic package of products. During the process, I didn't see any "subscription" or "auto-shipping" options. Maybe it was hidden in the Terms and Conditions, who knows? Anyway, my order arrived on time, and inside was a sheet of paper with very light gray text. They told me they sent me a "free gift", which turned out to be their AUTO SHIPPING SUBSCRIPTION. Can you believe it? And it wasn't even for a continuing shipment of what I had bought, it was for a larger package of products. My harmless $38 order was going to start auto-shipping at the rate of $128 per month! Talk about sneaky stuff.

So, of course, I called the 888 number provided to cancel that. The guy on the phone was programmed to HAMMER ME with any and all tactics to get me to stay on auto-ship, including a reduced package and pricing. We've all seen the 'save the sale' game. UGH.

Anyway, the jury's still out on the product's effectiveness (it's essentially hydrogen peroxide toothpaste booster). But be careful if you order anything from this website!

UPDATE: I've used up all the products I bought, and I can say that they are essentially worthless. Not to mention the endless harassment (COME BACK... BUY AGAIN... LOWER PRICE... etc etc). Avoid this mess, truly.
