Bought a file cabinet
Bought a file cabinet. Not disclosed this was made in CHINA> Missing screws for incorrect instructions. Two weeks for screw delivery from CHINA> File cabinet drawers will NOT hold a regular size file folder with a tab. Not enough room. Refuses return. Offers 20% of exclusive coupon that is actually posted on their web site.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Will not issue refund!
Will not issue refund! Told me box had to be unopened. No where on the box does it say unopened! Says to include all paperwork in its original box. Problem date 5/26 purchased 5/17 and delivered 5/19 model #*** order #*** paid$$95.99 by Visa card. Congratulations n the outside of box it states all paperwork should be included with the original box for a refund. No where does it state unopened.
