Curtis was super patient and great at explaining everything to me in terms of money and investments- I come with NO prior knowledge and he was so great at explaining everything to me clearly and working to personalize the sessions so I could organize my own finances as I learnt. Skyward Financial has an information-first, personalized approach that lets you make informed decisions about how you want to invest your money. Whereas a traditional bank might take five or ten minutes to explain how you can invest your savings, Curtis and Tara give you a truly in-depth look at the rational behind investing, from TFSAs to RRSPs, long and short term financial planning, and much more. This is a company with great integrity and transparency, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Curtis and Tara are awesome! I knew absolutely nothing coming into my first session with Curtis and I left with greater confidence and hope for my future. Each session feels like a conversation, and there are many opportunities to ask questions or bring up any concerns you may have. Curtis and Tara are genuine, respectful, and truly want the best for you and your financial situation, whatever that may be. They are incredibly flexible and work to meet with you based on your availability. Outside of these sessions, they also offer resources such as the blog posts on their website - which are extremely valuable and eye-opening. (I suggest you read 5 Simple Solutions to Save You Money). I can't recommend them enough :)

Theres isn't anyone more helpful and humble than Curtis and Tara who are the two person team of Skyward Financial. Their teachings are always insightful, yet clear and concise which is very much appreciated for a younger adult like myself. Something that is very much appreciated is how much they truly value YOUR time. Whether you're only available for half an hour, they really do make everything easier to understand and while still explaining everything you need to know. They took the time to build connections with not only myself but other people I have recommended to them which shows their genuineness in this business. Their hearts are in the heart place and there isn't anybody else I would trust with my finances than Skyward Financial.

I didn't know the first thing about money before I began Skyward sessions. I was even a little embarrassed for knowing so little about these things, but Tara and Curtis never let me feel that way in any of our sessions. They are so kind and committed to their work and do everything to ensure you have the right tools and understand how to use them for yourself. The self-paced aspect of these sessions is another great benefit. They have made everything super accessible and encourage you to think more deeply about finances. At the end of every session, I found myself feeling incredibly empowered and satisfied with my newly acquired knowledge. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone, especially those who are a little nervous about getting into these matters.

Where do I begin?! I first heard about Skyward Financial from a close friend of mine and that Curtis and Tara had information sessions to offer. And I have to say is WOW .. all three financial sessions they had to offer at the time was more than I could ever imagined. There was soo much I did not know, or rather heard the terminology, but never truly understood it fully. Once Curtis and I got started on those sessions .. let's just say we cranked through all three sessions they had to offer and we were on our zoom call for over 3 hours! I loved all that I was learning, and how open our conversations are. I could stop and ask questions and still to this day if I ever ask a question he's unsure of, Curtis is more than happy to research and gather all the information needed to answer my questions completely. Tara and Curtis are in it for you! They have done the research, been through the experience, and ensure you have full-disclosure and knowledge of what you want your money to do and how they can help. I have only been working with them since the summer, and my money has made a huge difference! Not only have I gained knowledge, I've gained confidence, as well as feeling extremely comfortable when it comes to finances (which is outstanding in itself). :) These two are up and growing I support them and recommend them to everyone I know!
