Skylux Travel review: Booking and customer service

Skylux is truly a fraud. Trust me If I am writing this, u can imagine how frustrated I am. Spent 15k. Never fall in the trap. We booked biz class travel 4 months prior to our travel and we got emails from Skylux with seats. Week of travel full of surprises. Seats ere not attached to tickets and shocker. We have to pay if we want to get seats

When we reached airport they told us we have no lounge access. No one ever told us about limitations with business class at time of booking. Agent told us he gave us seats by giving us credit of 1440. Disappoint after disappointment. Skylux idiots will not answer or help u if there is a problem with ur reservation. They always refer to agent issue and two agents that helped us left. They have no record of emails shared by agent to us at the time of booking. Support sucks. . There is no management to reach to. Never ever buy anything from this site. U will be so upset and ruin ur vacation

No one helps u once u purchase tickets

They force u to buy travel insurance too

This company is fraud. Agent that sells u ticket won’t stay and u will be screwed even if u have written email with every thing.
