I recently had a terrible experience with skinorac.com. I ordered ten bottles of Careprost, but I only received one. I tried to contact the company via email, but they do not provide a phone number. It was frustrating that they did not send an email stating that they would be sending the other nine bottles and when they would be sending them. It took them a long time to answer me back, and when they did, they gave false information. I had to send many emails to get an answer, and even then, it was dishonest. They provided me with a new tracking number, but it was not recognized on 17Track. I asked them for the correct tracking number many times, but they still have not responded and given me the correct tracking number. I believe they never shipped nine more bottles.

Their customer service is terrible, dishonest, and disrespectful. I have since disputed the amount with my credit card company. I always win when it comes to thieves trying to steal my hard-earned money. I have been tracking the package for a total of 14 days, and the tracking still reads "Not Found." I have asked many times for the correct tracking number, but they have not provided it.

Skinorac.com replied to my review, but they still haven't answered the question, what is the correct tracking number? I believe there is none, and that is why they will not reply to my specific question. Even in the email that they have posted from past correspondence, they did not answer the question. On top of that, their reply states that they sent free product, but I never received any free product. If I did, I would like the tracking number. I only want what I paid for. They charged me $116 for ten bottles and then shipped one bottle. They do not answer email queries within 24 hours, more like 96 hours or more, and then only after I bombard them with emails.

Skinorac.com claimed that they shipped the remainder of my order, nine bottles of Careprost, but they haven't. They have continually lied and manufactured a false tracking number. The brown envelope in the picture shows the original package that was sent to me. It clearly shows that one item was shipped, and there should have been ten items. The item weighs 10 grams, and the tracking number is present. In the second picture, it shows the email response I received from this merchant, and it says, "we have sent 9 more bottles." The third picture shows skinorac responded with the tracking number that they claim had shipped about 14 days ago. I tracked it every day for the last 2 weeks, and it still reads the same as stated in the above paragraph.

I believe this merchant is devious, disrespectful, and a habitual liar. They will take your money and pretend it never happened. They are not to be trusted.
