yo, I just gotta say that simplex.com was buggin' me out. I spent like a full three hours tryna get my transaction processed and all I kept gettin' was some vague message about policy rejection. Like, what the heck does that even mean? I tried callin' the agents and they didn't know either. All they said was to try again later, which is seriously frustrating. I just wanted to get my money sorted and now I'm sittin' here twiddlin' my thumbs. Not cool, simplex. Not cool at all.

So, I bought some bitcoin using my Coinomi wallet and I got it through Simplex. Man, what a total bummer that was. I dropped ?50 on it and only got ?38 in bitcoin. That's a ripoff if I've ever seen one! On crypto.com, I got ?48 for that same ?50! That's a huge difference if you ask me. Altogether, I wouldn't recommend anyone use Simplex for their cryptocurrency transactions. Save your dough and go elsewhere.

They don't care about us as individual customers, because to them, we're just small potatoes. All they care about is getting our money and moving on to the next transaction. It's a sad state of affairs, but unfortunately, it's the reality we live in. Bottom line: steer clear of Simplex if you don't want to risk being taken advantage of.
