I've been ordering from Shopolics for about a year now, and let me tell ya, it's been a real good time. The quality of their clothes is top-notch, I gotta say. And the best part? I recently bought some fabric from Shopolics on September 30, 2021. My order ID is ***63151. Unfortunately, the product I received was of very poor quality. I have been trying to return it, but I haven't received any WhatsApp messages or calls from the company. This has been quite frustrating for me as I have been facing harassment. All I want is a refund for my purchase.

Do not buy from this website, seriously. I ordered 1.5 meters of fabric, but guess what? They only sent me 1 meter. Can you believe it? And to make matters worse, they're not even willing to give me a refund or send me the rest of the fabric. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. And let me tell you, the quality and design of the fabric I received looks nothing like what they showed on their website. It's like they used a completely different photo or something. I'm so disappointed, it's just pathetic.

They told me that they won't ship the replacement until they receive the returned item. Now, the tracking information for the picked-up package says it's been in transit for the past 5 days. I've exchanged numerous emails with them, but it seems like my efforts have been in vain. I have no idea whether I will receive the replacement or get a refund. I'm feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed.

So, I decided to give this Shopolics website a try and ordered myself a combo of 2 tops for 899 Rs. But guess what? I only received one top! Can you believe it? And to make matters worse, when I tried reaching out to them through email, they didn't bother responding. Like, seriously? How am I supposed to get my money's worth if they don't even bother to answer my queries? And to top it all off, there's no contact number provided, so I can't even give them a call to sort things out. Ugh, it's so frustrating! Trust me, folks, save yourself the trouble and don't even think about buying anything from this site. It's just not worth it.
