Complaint against Child Protective Services

I am writing this complaint against the Child Protective Services (CPS) for taking away my rights to my son without any proper investigation. They took this action just based on a phone call from my ex-girlfriend, whom I know made the call because of her personal vendetta against me.

This decision of the CPS has caused me immense distress and emotional pain. They did not even bother to conduct a proper investigation or listen to my side of the story. They just took the word of my ex-girlfriend and made me leave my own house, without any justification.

I believe that this action by the CPS is unjustified and violates my rights as a parent. Their decision has caused me to be separated from my son, whom I love dearly, and has made my life completely miserable. I demand that the CPS conduct a proper investigation into the matter and return my son to my custody as soon as possible.

In conclusion, I strongly condemn the decision of the CPS in taking away my rights as a parent without proper investigation and would appreciate corrective action at the earliest.
