I recently made a purchase on SheetMusicPlus for two pieces of music. I was excited to receive my order quickly, so I decided to pay for 2 day air shipping. However, to my disappointment, the company shipped my order with "standard delivery" instead. This was not what I paid for, and I was upset that I had been overcharged for shipping.
I immediately contacted the company to request a refund for the overcharged shipping. However, my frustration only grew when I checked the package tracking log and saw that it was being shipped by Fedex Ground. This meant that my guaranteed delivery, which I had paid for in advance, was going to be late. I couldn't believe it!
