I recently made a purchase on SheetMusicPlus for two pieces of music. I was excited to receive my order quickly, so I decided to pay for 2 day air shipping. However, to my disappointment, the company shipped my order with "standard delivery" instead. This was not what I paid for, and I was upset that I had been overcharged for shipping.

I immediately contacted the company to request a refund for the overcharged shipping. However, my frustration only grew when I checked the package tracking log and saw that it was being shipped by Fedex Ground. This meant that my guaranteed delivery, which I had paid for in advance, was going to be late. I couldn't believe it!

To make matters worse, I discovered that the company had changed my order to standard shipping after it had already been billed and paid for. I was furious! Luckily, I had taken a screenshot of the 2 day air charge and the change to standard shipping, which clearly showed that I had been billed for the 2 day air rate.

At this point, I was at my wit's end. I decided to go to my bank the next day to find out what I could do about the overcharge if the company didn't respond. I couldn't believe that I had to go through all of this trouble just to get what I had paid for.

Overall, my experience with SheetMusicPlus was extremely frustrating. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the company should have been more transparent about the shipping options and should have honored the shipping method that I had paid for. I hope that they will take steps to improve their customer service in the future.

But when I tried to use the code at checkout, none of these discounts showed up. I even did what they asked and emailed them about it, but they just told me to submit the order anyway and they’d fix it up on their end. I reckon that’s a pretty flimsy answer and I’m not so sure that they’d actually give me any of those discounts once they had my money. So I just bought from another website instead – they had lower prices anyway.

I believe that music has the power to unite people and bring us closer together. As someone who has been playing the piano since I was eight years old and who loves composers such as Bach, Beethoven, and Brahms, I have a strong passion for music. However, I cannot in good conscience support a company that promotes unkind and unethical behavior. I have decided to take my business elsewhere and purchase my sheet music from another company.
