We ordered 100MT of Cold Rolled Steel Coil from Shandong Shenqiang Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co. Ltd. last November 2022.
We paid 100% in advance prior to shipment. Unfortunately, when the cargo arrived in our Plant last January 4, 2023 it has heavy rust and underweight. We only got 61.35MT. Various emails and calls was made but they're no longer responding.
