I recently had the pleasure of experiencing ServiceXCEL's maintenance service for my heat pump system, and I must say it was outstanding. From the efficient scheduling to the informative technician, every step was handled with professionalism and care. The technician, Adam, not only conducted a thorough maintenance but also took the time to explain the system to me in detail. I was truly impressed by the level of service and expertise displayed by ServiceXCEL.

We recently had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed using our current ducting after they removed our previous furnace. We couldn't be happier with both the unit and the wonderful installers, Matt & Levi. The installation went very smoothly & we were so pleased with how tidy things were left. We love our heat pump & our first bill from BC Hydro showed a 25% decrease in our bill. You are very lucky to have such great employees who do such a professional job. Also a big thank you to Cameo in the office for her kindness. We will definitely recommend your company. Mike & Shauna Elliott
