The total cost was $1135. She told me her credit card machine wasn't working, so I paid her in cash through a cash app on March 18th. But now, I want my money back because of four reasons: 1. I had to bug her multiple times through calls and texts to get my documents, so we could file them with the court. After 16 days, I demanded a refund and finally got my documents. 2. However, she did a lousy job. In her contract, she promised accurately typed documents, but I found several mistakes in the forms. Even after she sent revised documents, I found more errors. This made me question the professionalism of the documents. 3. She couldn't do all the services in the contract because the courts are closed. 4. At first, I texted *** asking for a refund of the court filing fees ($435), and she said the money was in another bank account and she needed to talk to the accountant. I told her that transferring the money electronically is easy, just like I did with my cash app. But when I tried to contact her again, she blocked my number and ignored my calls and texts. Her customer service has been terrible from the start, so now I just want a full refund. I don't want to work with her anymore.
