All of the people that I came in contact with whether it was the office staff or the guys on the roof they were very respectful and kind and did an awesome job. Steve at Seagate was awesome at explaining everything to me and handling it from the start to the completion of my roof. I would highly recommend their services.

Seagate completed the inspection on our recently-purchased home in a timely and professional fashion. The inspection was thorough and the representative spent ample time to explain what he had accomplished. We are totally satisfied with the service we received from Seagate and will recommend them to friends and family in the future.

My wife, and I had a great experience with Seagate, as first time home buyers. Our primary inspector Ian was very thorough, and was able to quickly answer any questions we had. The final report was detailed, and broken down enough to be easily understood. Overall we have not a single complaint, we would recommend them to anyone/everyone!

On the day of the inspection of their potential purchase of my new home the owners were there. Unfortunately. The inspector was very patient and very informative. After the inspection, we needed more clarification on a "major issue" and the owner of seagate conferenced with our realtor and us to explain the issue and the needed resolution. We trusted his expertise and it made what could have been an unpleasant re-negotiation with the seller an easy process.

From setting the appointment 2100 miles to the inspection they were professional in all steps of the process. The customer service was exceptional, everything was explained in great detail, we had all the tests and got a rebate for bundling them together. They scheduled it in a very timely manner, the inspector was extremely thorough in his inspection and detailed report. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose.

We have now used Seagate for 2 house inspections and are scheduled with our 3rd. We have had Dave every time. He does a great job and is very thorough. He has answered every question we had and made us apart of his inspection. Without his great work we would have been stuck with some major issues with the houses we were under contract for. I would highly recommend Seagate and more so Dave.

I used Seagate to inspect a house we are purchasing. I paid for all of the inspections, which meant 4 different people in the house. Each person I encountered was very nice and informative. They each introduced themselves, took time to explain their findings, and encouraged me to contact them with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Seagate and will use them in the future if needed.

Seagate inspected a property we were looking to purchase. They were really professional, prepared, and gave a lot of honest feedback throughout the process. Our inspector was able to uncover potential issues with the house that the homeowner quickly addressed. The inspection report was excellent and very detailed. I was a new home buyer and had no idea what company to choose. When I called, the woman on the phone was so friendly and helpful. She explained the different types of inspections that were available. She explained each one and what was involved. She did not try to pressure me into adding extra services. The inspector that came to the house was friendly as well. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for sure!

This company is a JOKE! They have total and complete disrespect for your home. The inspector removed his shoe covers after being in our crawl space and just the the trash back down in the space. Why should we have to climb down there and clean up his mess? My husband is almost 70 years old and shouldn't have to climb down in the crawl space. No reason this inconsiderate creature couldn't clean up his trash. Last I knew littering was against the law? The companies response was go ahead and get my lawyer they were NOT going to clean it up.

I just had Seagate come out for an inspection of my grandmas house that I am purchasing due to her death. The inspector did a thorough report of the property (of what he could do due to the snow). He even caught a potential fire and electrical hazard with the furnace. I am very happy with their service and attention to detail. The inspector walked me around the house to show what was good and bad, what was of immediate importance to fix, and what wasn't that big of a deal. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great inspection company. I went to them based on a referral from a coworker!

Having just retired, I wanted to evaluate what the condition of my home was in so that I could prioritize what repair and maintenance work may need to be done. Rather than bring in a contractor, I choose an inspection company, and choose Seagate based on the high reviews they had. I opted for the full inspection and felt it was worth every penny. The crew were true professionals, polite and efficient, leaving no stone upturned. The report was highly detailed, extensive and well documented with photos. I now have a plan of what systems and problems need to be addressed making talking with a contractor much easier and specific. Seagate even offered to recommend contractors they know are reputable and keep this list updated. I highly recommend this company for a review such as mine of when buying/selling a house. Every person I talked to were extremely polite and helpful. My complements to this company for such excellent service.
