Super happy with all my orders from Scottsdale Mint! I've ordered a little bit of everything from them, coins, rounds, bars. Again, I've been super happy with everything! Trying to tell everyone, that will listen, Buy metals, you can hold them in your hands, cause all your 1's and 0's in the bank can be gone with a keystroke!

Ordered a couple 10oz bars at different times. The packaging it arrived in was good. It's nice to have a 10oz bar with nice details on it. My only complaint is there is no clear film on the bars, so mine arrived very scratched, almost looked like a 2nd hand purchase and not new. I hope this was a fluke and the future purchase show up looking like new bars.

Dont shop here. I had to cancel the order due to an accident on my part, they said it would be a $50 cancel fee.. (Why? IDK.) So I said cancel the order, they promptly marked the item as "Shipped" and responded to my email saying "We're sorry but it looks like your item has shipped, anything else we can help with" Stay Far Far away from this scummy business.

Mint 1 Kilo Silver Bar | Secondary Market Very Nice bars. They sent me three sequentially serial numbered bars. Thank you.I have also purchased 50 Scottsdale Stacker 10 oz Silver Bar | Secondary Market bars that are also beautiful.Sometime the shipping takes a few weeks. Sometimes the shipping is a week. Always packaged securely for shipping.I look at many bullion websites and always come back to Scottsdale Mint.

My purchase of the 2020 Scottsdale Mint round is a beautiful addition to my Silver stack . I first saw it reviewed on *** Salvitore Metals and had to own one or more for myself . Its design is outstanding with style , brilliance , luster and security features that Scottsdale Mint is known for .I am very pleased with my purchase . I highly recommend this round and consider it a must to have at least one in your silver stack !

I have dealt with Scottsdale mint a few times and every time it has been fully satisfactory. I typically order silver coins. The company is active and responsive via email and all of their social media avenues. The coins are very high quality with exquisite detail. I am always happy like a child at Christmas when I get new coins in the mail.I would like to highly recommend Scottsdale Mint if you look to get coins, bars, etc in precious metals.

I would not recommend Scottsdale mint to anyone. Their service is terrible. I placed a small order for 2 silver rounds and a gram of gold on February 18. At the time I believe they had a shipping notice that orders were taking 2-3 weeks. That was later changed to 4-8 weeks. However in my case it has been 12 weeks and still no shipment. If there was an issue with something being out of stock it would have been nice to be notified. I doubt I will ever do business with them again.

This is the best place to buy silver and gold. I received my 1 oz poured gold ingots today. They are beautiful and the premium is the lowest of any bullion dealers I can find. The shipping is slow but you will receive your order. This is a legitimate mint. Not a Ponzi like Northwest Territorial was a few years ago. Scottsdale is the only source for gold or silver that I buy from. They are a little slow but they will not rip you off. I have been buying from them since they opened. And always received a super product

Scottsdale mint has very high quality products made accessible to the public retail investor, even though they mostly make large orders for big wholesale customers and other countries. I have placed several orders, and have received a few of them so far, the product is absolutely stunning. They are swamped due to the huge demand in Silver, but be patient and wait for your product to get mailed to you. The staff is very knowledgeable and the CEO is very knowledgeable as well, I have listened to a few podcasts with him talking. Thank you Scottsdale mint.

So sad to see some of the people complain on this site. I have been buying from Scottsdale for more than 3 years now and they make the best products. The market is a mad house now and these guys literally make a lot of the bullion for all the dealers. There is a reason they have delays, it's literally THE best Silver in the world. Once you get it in your hands you'll understand. I just got my most recent order in about the time frame noted. Again, Scottsdale is Top Shelf so don't let a small batch of complainers out of hundreds of thousands of orders persuade you.

I am a *** senior citizen woman who had no prior knowledge or experience with precious metals.Upon ordering from Scottsdale mint- I was pleasantly greeted by the representative.This individual not only took my order but he made contact with me making sure my order went through.The precious metal silver items are AMAZING.the tracking of the order was well organized and efficient.The order arrived in perfect shape- well packed I LOVE this mint I HIGHLY recommend it You will not be regretting ordering from scottsdale Thank you scottsdale for making this online purchase a confident secure conclusion

Very very poor business . Order was placed and money was promptly deduced from the bank account but 3-4 weeks down the line , no correspondence regarding the order and all the emails have gone unanswered. Finally got a response from a sales person after 3 weeks , reporting that I can cancel the order and pay 20% of the order as the "restocking" fee ,when they have not even started to process the order placed 4 weeks ago. While obviously no one would want to pay 20% of a sizeable volume order , the only option is left to wait indefinitely , while the company makes no attempt to correspond . Very Very poor customer experience . For a company in the bullion market ( where the prices of commodity changes on a daily basis )to not know where your commodity that you paid for already , is very nerve wrecking and highly unprofessional . I was better off buying from my local coin shop. Do Not Order Anything from them .

Okay so I have put in an order to this company and was excited to get the product/s. I just recently had something come up that I need to cancel my order. I went to there site and filled out an email lets say a week maybe or 2 and have not gotten a response from no one. I am also fully aware of there 20% fee for canceling an order which I am totally fine with. I have also called there phone number twice and there are two options that will lead you to hopefully talking to someone however in my experience, the two times I called I have not talked to anyone at all. If you choose the sales option, if you let it ring long enough you can actually leave a voicemail but I have left two and have gotten no response. If you choose the customer service...what customer service?!?!? Doesn't even give you an option to leave a voicemail. I do have to say that I did call each time around 3 to 4 p.m. eastern standard time but since they live in Arizona you'd think they'd be working an 8 hour shift roughly right? I guess not. Would still like to talk to someone but after all this my patience is non existent.

I'm writing this review to balance out some of the whiners. Everyone knows the bullion dealers went through a period of extreme demand last spring and Scottsdale Mint got caught up in it. I, myself waited weeks for a couple of orders.BUT, I was not worried because I understood the situation and since Scottsdale maintains a lot of engagement with buyers via the *** we had a steady stream of updates, explanations and pictures of metal arriving to happy customers. Their engagement, cool posts and encouragement made all the difference. That backlog is all cleared out now, by the way.My order came meticulously packed; each piece wrapped in bubble wrap and even protective plastic sheets on the Stackers. Tubes were always cushioned inside to keep items from jingling around. Quality is superior in every way; absolutely beautiful. Even the bullion is beautifully crafted. It's really a shame to hide it away in a safe.I think Scottsdale Mint runs a first class operation. They are innovators and obsessed with getting your A number one shiny to you in top shape. I will be a customer for a long time. I highly recommend following them on Gab and getting to know the quality, integrity and intelligence of the people behind the brand.

Scottsdale Mint is not good at customer service. They don't pick up the phone or reply to emails. I requested a refund one day after placing my order, but they said no and charged me a cancellation fee. I still don't know what's happening with my order, but they already took my money.

order and still no update. This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from them again. The quality of their products may be good, but the customer service and shipping times are terrible. I hope they can improve in the future, but for now, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered a 20 oz silver bar from Scottsdale Mint back in September '22 with an ETA of November '22. Haven't heard anything from them unless I send an email. They keep saying "two more weeks" but it's been 6 months now. No updates from them at all. I don't wanna cancel or swap my order because the price of silver has gone up since I bought it. I just want my order to be fulfilled and delivered. I got proof of purchase and convo with their customer support saying they'll produce and deliver it.

I got some Gold and Silver from Scottsdale Mint on Feb 2, Feb 6, and Feb 13. I had some trouble with my CC company in April, but I couldn't dispute it. Finally, on May 9, I got my Feb 2 order. But I'm still waiting for my Feb 6 and Feb 13 orders, and there's no update at all until today, Jun 1, 2021. I called them, and they said they don't have any shipment update information for my Order. The total amount for my Feb 6 order is $1941.60, and for Feb 13, it's $6200.83. What kind of business is this that takes 4 months to ship out orders and doesn't let you cancel them? Where are our consumer rights for this issue?

I bought $1,628.90 of silver coins from Scottsdale Mint, all In-Stock, but it's been 6 weeks and they still haven't taken the next step. They took my money right away and won't deliver. I contacted "customer support" but they just sent the same message and didn't explain anything. I noticed all the "5 star" comments were posted on the same day. This company is a SCAM. They charge a restocking fee and hold your stuff hostage, which makes me doubt them even more. On 3/25, I got an email saying they can't deliver, so I'm filing this complaint right away.

I bought 33 100oz silver bars from Scottsdale Mint on October 5, 2022 for $79,068 (order number ***). But I only got 32 bars. I'm missing one. The last shipment was supposed to have 3 bars, but only 2 came. I told the seller, and they checked their packaging at their place and said they sent out 3 bars. They said they'd talk to the post office. But after a few emails, they stopped telling me what was going on. Each bar was worth $2,396 when I bought them. I want a new bar that weighs the same and has the same purity instead of getting my money back.

I ordered some silver bullion from Scottsdale Mint on Jan 11th. They said it would take a few weeks to get to me. But now it's March and I still haven't gotten my order. They said it could take up to 5 weeks, but it's been longer than that. They told me 3 weeks ago that they were short on one of the things I ordered and it would be fixed in a week. I even said they could give me something else that weighed the same, but they haven't said anything or sent my order yet.

I bought a 1 oz gold bar from Scottsdale Mint on December 4. They took my money on December 8 for $1,898.15. It's now March 22 and I still haven't got my order or any shipping info. I've tried to contact them by email and phone but no one's answering. I'm done trying to reach them and just want my money back. Can you help me out? Thanks.

I ordered the "SCOTTSDALE GOLD LIONxxxxxx" from Scottsdale Mint on 4/26. The website said it was "AVAILABLE TO SHIP" and had "FLAT RATE SHIPPING" with "$500+ SHIPS FREE". The item specs were displayed with 9 images and I could order unlimited QTY (I tried up to 99). They didn't say they didn't have any in stock, let alone 99. They also didn't reveal that they only acquire and ship after you order (with the nice FREE shipping). Depending on which part of their site and confirmation email, it won't ship any sooner than 4-5 weeks. The "Delays lately" FAQ says don't bother looking for 3 months. I think they take your money and drop an order to a Chinese factory, who then queues their order... eventually "MINTS" and ships it back overseas. That's probably why there are so many bad reviews.

I'm writing this cuz it's been a hot minute and this biz ain't got the decency to fix my busted item. I sent 'em a pic of the damage and they got it back, but I ain't got my replacement yet. Bought it on 1/31, got it on 2/22, and hit 'em up right away 'bout the damage. Ain't heard nothin' back from my emails on 2/22 and 2/24, so I tried their website message system on 2/25. Finally got an email sayin' they'd send a return label for an exchange on 3/9, but I had to ask again on 3/14 how much longer it'd take. Called 'em up on 3/16 and they finally sent the label that night. They got my return on 3/22 at 12:37pm (#***), but still no replacement. Filed a dispute with Paypal on 4/12 and ain't heard nothin' back, even after escalating it on 4/29. They need to refund my $146 pronto. This biz needs to step up their game.

I bought some bullion from Scottsdale Mint on March 27 for $747.74. My order number is #***. They said they got my check on April 9 and then processed my order. The website said it could take up to 6 weeks to get my stuff. I knew that when I ordered it, so I was ready to wait. But now they say it could take 8 weeks. It's been 10 weeks and I still don't have my stuff. I called them on June 4th and I think they said they shipped it and I should have a tracking number. I also sent an email. They wrote back on June 7th and said my order is in the shipping queue and should be shipped in the next week or so. Today is June 18th and I called them again. They said someone would call me back today, but they didn't. I called again 10 minutes before they closed, but all the lines were busy. I called again and they blocked me. I'm not paying a 20% return fee.
