This is the 2nd time I have used Scott's Docs and if you are reading this review, I want you to know I HIGHLY recommend him. On both occasions I began with asking him numerous questions in order to learn the process, and both times he was very patient with me and answered accordingly. When there was something beyond his realm of services, he would direct me where to look. The timeframe in which the process takes went really fast and there were no issues at all with anything submitted. He explained how the process would work and what he would need and then double-checked everything before finalizing it. His fees are extremely reasonable, even for us who were outside of his county. He is very professional, yet personable, in everything he does. I didn't realize it until we were already using his services, that all the mortgage companies in the Scott Mountains also refer him out to clients needing his services. Please don't waste your time looking for the right person/company to meet your needs, call Scott and I promise, you will not be disappointed at all!
