Scotia Group Management Falsely evicting me knowing full well I had moved out the day my lease expired

While living in a Scotia Group Property, I was falsely evicted for nonpayment of rent after my lease expired on 06/30/22. I moved out of the apartment the day before the lease expired, and I had already moved into a different place. They knew I had moved out the day before the lease expired, they had all of my contact information such as my current email address, my phone number etc. I then suddenly received a court summons to appear in court regarding an eviction process against me stating that I had been continuing to reside in the apartment and refusing to pay rent for that entire month and I was charged with the entire rent payment plus overdue charges late fees and the subsequent attorneys fees. Now what is wrong with it is the fact they knew I had vacated the premises on the day before the lease expired. I had already moved into my new apartment complex and I received the court summons to appear in regards to this. What they refused to include in the summons was any and all amounts due including any so-called late fee for nonpayment of rent. If I was able to receive the court summons to my address, why hadn't Scotia Group Property management corporation able to send me anything else in regards to this? And, yes. I had indeed sent their attorneys a email stating that they had absolutely no legal boundaries to falsely evict me from a property that I had not resided in the day before the lease expired. When I had contacted the Pima County District Attorney's office and gave them the court case number, they themselves had no idea why they were doing it. I then contacted every other court system office and they were wondering how they were able to get a court summons for eviction against me. When I asked them what the total amount of the judgement against me was, they told me it was $2,650 and no change. I then proceeded to check my credit score and found out that Scotia Group Property management corporation is charging me for well in excess of $4000. I then proceeded to email their own attorneys office and I have received nothing from them in regards to this.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology for their insidious actions against me and I demand they remove the credit report against me including any and all charges for which they themselves have not responded to me about.

I hereby give notice that I am demanding a release from my lease. This demand will be filed in court due the unihabitability of apartment 5921 #1112, tucson, AZ 85704 unless you agree to let my children and myself leave between april 25 and May 15. That will give me time to find an habitable place for my children and myself to live. Listed below are the reasons for your company to release me. 1. Discrimination you evicted a person who assaulted a child (white) but you did nothing when someone assaulted my grand child (black). I gave you video and I still have video. Disability discrimination you refused to grant me a suitable close parking space even though you received documentation of my disability fees 10 a month for now 7 months $70 will be $80 with April. 2. Misinformation about apartment having a fenced back yard for my dog and being cleaned before and after move in fence was to be 5 ft high but was only 1 1/2 feet and was broken and partially laying on ground. I cleaned up yard and it took me 5 hours to get rid of leaves. Reimbursement for 3months for no yard at 50 a month $150. 3. Apartment was not cleaned. It had spider webs in every corner there were termites hanging from living room ceiling (took you 3 weeks to fix and the hole and stain are still there never fixed)something was biting us and you sent a pest person and all they did was spray rooms and try to exterminate termites you never fixed the real problems which were bed bugs which you finally decided to fix in december (cost to be for which am requesting reimbursement 1000 which includes buying covering increase in electrical bill due to having to dry everything to put in bags hotel room boarding of my animal because I had to physically get to rooms ready by 7:30a.m and buying bed bug medication can produced receipts. There were globs of paint in tubs and sinks which we had to unplug. Dining room ceiling fan broken was not fixed for 2 months. Problem with washer/dryer was not replaced until January and was replaced with broken lint holder still not replaced. Master bathroom needed new gfi not fixed until february tub needed replacement and did not replace until December even though the person who replace faucet holding told you it needed to be replaced. Problems with opening and closing patio doors because there was so much dirt the wheels came of both screen doors I cleaned those doors. I WILL LEAVE THIS APARTMENT CLEANER THAN WHAT YOU GAVE ME. Problems with opening and closing bedroom and closet doors which causes damage to my granddaughters carpet doors pulled on entrance door and I asked you to remove closet door in her room because after 6 months for to fix and the stretching did not work you wanted to put new carpet in her room but I could not remove her bed for you to replace I just got the bed February 1st2020. I had to clean shelves and oven myself. 4. Rest and peace between the hours of 10pm and 6 am not being afforded to my family. Neighbor in 2113 got a dog in December I reported he being noisy between 10pm and 6pm to no avail every night this dog plays with his owner on the kitchen which is above my bedroom. Today is March 14 and not only did he keep me up until 12pm last night but he woke me up again at 4am this morning. Management did not believe he had a dog until February when some one else complained about the dog barking. Still I inform manager 2-3 times a week and am assured something will be done yet he still keeps waking me up 5. I have endured physically and emotionally distress we could not even get christmas trees and presents until after december 24th Harassment loss of use of bedroom loss of use of yard Emotionally and physically distressed having to deal with all the above mentioned problems I am becoming more and more mentally and physically distressed with the lack of sleep with being awaken in the middle of the night so many times THESE are some the reasons for releasing the lease one month or 2 months early from my lease. But there are so many many more problems that were not fixed. Please release me.

Scotia Group Management We toured an apartment in January in Tucson, AZ in hopes my daughter could live there when she attended college in August

We toured an apartment in January in Tucson, AZ in hopes my daughter could live there when she attended college in August. The complex was owned by Northpointe apartments. At some point over the early summer they were bought out by Riverwalk apartments (part of Scotia group). We were never notified or called. We found out by looking online due to our online account and lease being no longer available under Northpointe. My daughter did not move in due to several issues and I would like to be out of the lease. They have said they can not cancel it. I am back in Minnesota and don't want to pay for a lease my daughter is not using until July 2022. I have tried to call the Scotia group and email them with no luck and no response. I just want this resolved and am willing to work with them on a resolution. Not seeking any money right now just want lease term'd. Willing to give up my first months rent paid for August and damage deposit.

Scotia Group Management I been without air conditioning more than 13 days in 6 months

I been without air conditioning more than 13 days in 6 months. They have left me without air conditioning on multiple occasions. Yesterday they came into my home and shut off my air conditioning while I was home to finally install a new one. They claim i would not let them into the bedroom when I was home all day. I called around 2pm and said that we had no air conditioning. They said we missed our opportunity and had to wait for the vendor to come back today. I asked for a portable air conditioning unit and they provided a broken one. I went into the office again today stating it has been 24 hours without air conditioning again and they said they are unable to provide a time when they can come back. They didn't offer any solution. They refuse to pay for a hotel. They refuse to offer rent credit. Jessica in the office was very rude and told me to leave the office when I asked her to call the vendor for a time when they could come. Apartments are metro on first in Tucson AZ.

Scotia Group Management We had to terminate our lease when the ceiling fell in because scotia scheduled roof maintenance during 2 wks of intense rain

We had to terminate our lease when the ceiling fell in because scotia scheduled roof maintenance during 2 wks of intense rain. The roof leaked in several units and then the ceilings collapsed. Apts were uninhabitable. They gave us one day to move out, while the ceiling continued to fall in. Offered no alternate living arrangement, and then tried to intimidate us into signing a "mutual" lease termination with an NDA not to talk about what happened and never to say anything disparaging about them in person, in writing or online. With the ceiling collapsing as we moved out, we left two ruined couches. The manager agreed to dispose of them at no charge. Several days later we got a bill for $100. I e mailed the manager of the apt who acknowledged she had told us there would be no fee, but she later found out this was incorrect We never had the option of removing them ourselves to avoid a fee. We were told there would not be one. Nonetheless they sent this "debt" to a collection agency.
