This site ain't good. They take your cash and don't give you no results. They moved an item from my account, and I told them I don't need their service no more. But now the item is back on my credit report. This company is real bad. Don't waste your time and money.

ScoreShuttle ain't good, they shut down my account without telling me. Everyone had a different story about me and Equifax. In the end, they said there were problems with my SS number and Equifax. I checked and there was nothing wrong.

Terrible! Don't waste ur money. Spent 800 bucks and they didn't do nothing. I thought my scores were higher but when I went to get a mortgage I found out they were more than 50 points off! Save ur money! I feel like I got scammed out of my hard earned money. Thanks for nothing Score shuttle!

I only give them one star because I have to. It was a total waste of my money and time. They took my money and did nothing. I asked for copies of the letters they supposedly sent, but they said no. I don't understand how they can get away with this.

These guys are terrible to deal with! I got talked into signing up at 8pm last night 1/26/22. It's now 12:51pm 1/27/22 and I just got off the phone with them to cancel. They said they already sent letters out to creditors, but I haven't got a receipt for the payment they took and they won't give me a refund. I wanna report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com. What do I do?

I been using ScoreShuttle for a few months now. They ain't done nothing for me. Only time they update me is on the bill pay date. The credit camp is good knowledge and tools, that you can get for free from doing your own research. They just taking money from people and not helping. Use other companies. If you don't got severe debt over 8K, DIY! Takes time and patience but you'll see results in a month doing it yourself. ScoreShuttle just taking people's money and ain't doing nothing to help you!

I talked to them and I seen the money come out of my account on my bank statement. They were nice and polite on the phone. I think Score shuttle is helping me out. I used to work with a lawyer and other credit fix places, but Score shuttle is the most professional. The credit bureaus only report what they get, but Score shuttle sends letters to get rid of the bad stuff on my report.

I emailed them to cancel my subscripshun becuz ever since I started using their software my credit score went down. I got an email back sayin that I need to verbally cancel my subscripshun so I called during normal biz hours...I got their voicemail. They havent returned my call. I look in my account tonight and they took ANOTHER 129 dollars out of my account. Now I cant pay my electric bill. I called back and was on hold FOR 30 MINUTES. no one answered and I didnt get an option to leave a voicemail this time. I need my money refunded.

So, I was contacted by a dude from ScoreShuttle a few weeks ago to see if their service was right for me. It seemed like it could help, but I couldn't move forward. I gave the guy a date to call back so we could talk more about it. This morning, I woke up to an unauthorized charge on my account and nobody ever contacted me. I've been put on hold a bunch of times and the automated system just says nobody can take my call. This is a scam, yo. Don't trust them. Now I gotta dispute this charge with my bank and change my info. STAY AWAY FROM SCORESHUTTLE, FOLKS.

Scoresuttle is a great software and their staff is amazing. I'm not sure what the others are talking about. Their agents were very smart and polite. I've called customer service at least 5-6 times and they always helped me. They taught me about credit with their videos and the software increased my score by 60 points in the 1st 90 days. Yes, it cost $129/month but the price dropped to just $59 after my six months. I've been using the software for 0 months now and my credit cores are almost to 780 so I've increased 190 points since I started! Thank you Scoresuttle. I recommend it to anyone who has bad credit.

All I can say is they are a big scam. They bring up Bill's that are already paid off and been paid off for years or they will put someone else Bill's on you. There customer service sucks. When you call and they do answer they are always breaking up so you do not know what they are saying. It took me over two hours to get it in their head that the Bill's that I wanted to fix not the ones that are already paid off. They are very rude and called me a ***, when I told them to cancel me and give me back my $129. They told me to stick it up my ***.

June 26, I have been trying to call them for over a week now. They will not call me. I'm wanting to cancel. I'm going to call the bank tomorrow and stop payment on them because no one will call me and straighten things out.

The things they put on the letter to the credit bureau wasn't right. I needed them to change it. Never could reach them, but they were collecting their money. I don't trust them now.

I had a bad experience with ScoreShuttle. They took money from my credit card without waiting for my approval. They claimed they refunded it on February 2nd, but I haven't received it yet. They keep calling me every day from different phone numbers, which makes me feel like I'm being scammed.

I tried to cancel my plan with ScoreShuttle but had a tough time. First, I called during business hours on 9/16 but no one picked up. Then, I called after hours and left a message but didn't get a call back. I even sent a message through ComplaintsBoard.com but didn't hear anything back. Finally, I mailed a letter on 9/17 to the address on ComplaintsBoard.com but it came back undeliverable. I checked the website but couldn't find any contact info or way to cancel or remove billing info.

I started using ScoreShuttle about 3 months ago after a debt relief company forwarded me to them. They said it would cost 129 dollars a month and I would see improvement. But, I got a letter saying that none of my debts would be removed and another letter saying that I'm going to be sued by one of the companies if I don't pay in full. I'm really upset about this. I could have just been working on my credit on my own instead of paying them to help me get sued. So, if you're reading this, don't use this service.

I been using Score Shuttle since 2019. I pay my monthly fees on time for credit counseling and credit repair services. I gave up my car in July . Score Shuttle told me not to reply to any notifications I got from any collection agencies. But now, I got a notice from the court that a collections agency is suing me. I asked Score Shuttle how this could happen and they told me to just go through the court proceedings and let them help me. I am very upset since I thought that by working with Score Shuttle, I would be protected from such action or at least that they would help me fight it. I don't have the money to pay this debt outright.

They won't even explain why my credit has dropped 18 points since they started helping me. I want to warn people and get my money back for the last three months if possible. I need advice on what to do next. Shut them down!

This company said they'd fix my credit for $100 a month and I could pay as I go. The agent said most people only use it for a month but pay without a contract. I told them I only wanted one month and would continue if I liked it. Now they charged me $400 for nothing. They guaranteed 40+ points on my credit score but nothing happened. I can't get a response from them and they take money from my account without permission. This is not okay and they didn't explain this. They just want money and I'm not the only one who's had this problem. I won't pay for nothing. They only caused me overdraft fees.
