NOBLEPAY IS FRAUD ! POOR NOBLEPAY REVIEWS CAN BE FOUND ALL OVER THE INTERNET

Christopher Swift and all at PowerPay work real hard to sign you up; then when the initial paperwork is wrong Christopher Swift is not to be found, he has the flu, he has been busy, he didn't get messages... and never does anything anyway. The back office fills in for him - to sign you up. Once the problems start no one takes responsibility.

It took so long for the right paper work to come through I sent an order out and could never put the charge through due to the months delay. Product and mailing $ lost. Then business was very very slow. Power Pay keeps their charges going and I keep paying basically waiting for the Holiday/Christmas season and building advertising. I was on page 1 in Google and ready for holidays.

A Nigerian card running scam shut my gateway down for 1/2 hour. Received 3 emails from Authorize.net shutting me down, reason why, putting me back online. Silence. No sales / Oct, Nov - until a call from a customer stating my gateway isn't working. PowerPay shut down my gateway, never put it back on. No word. No way for me to know. For a month and a half. They said they sent an email and a phone call. Then it was up to me to tell them to turn it back on. I never received either a call or email! They realized they forgot and dropped the email notification but said they called. Ridiculous! All I got from the nasty blaming hag in Compliance was "Do you want to cancel? You are cancelled!" No back up, never a return call from Mr. Swift. I lost my only sales but the last one.

Best part, Christopher Swift sent through a surcharge for December! An extra $30.00 charge for the month of Dec! Plus when he sent a contract it was lacking all the small print and the company does charge for lots of penalties never mentioned in contract. Crooks!

Doesn't Authorize.net care? They are enablers. They don't back their sub-companies. Or clients.
