I've been charged a fee which I did not consent to.I've been online to cancel any account/subscription they've set up & it will not allow me to cancel anything.I also found the customer services contact so I sent an email every single day from every email address I have got expressly instructing them I did not authorise them to charge me, to cancel anything & to refund the £29.99 fee.
So for 10 or so days now I've had no reply whatsoever
Desired outcome: Refunded charges
My 83 yr old mother has had attempt to take £29.99 from her bank account…..spotted by bank. This company previously took £1.99 which was not noticed so look out for this….had to stop bank card….they will do this to old ladies so watch out for your family NOT SCAMMERS THEY ARE BARE FACED THIEVES!
You contact your bank you av to cancel your bank card it's only way to stop this fraudulent activity. Just happened to me there scammers
You have taken £29 out of my bank account I have not signed up for any contract with you
I have notified my bank to stop the payment and reported you for fraud
So please put the money back in to my bank account ASAP
I keep getting a charge through my PayPal and my bank account and no nothing of this i keep contact your self and cancelling my account that i no nothing about and you keep telling me i dont have one so why you keep trying to take my money ..
