Even after making payment they call you and send emails saying that your order is on hold and make you pay again

Then create another order on your name and send the dresses twice

My wife has had the worst experience from them ordering dresses here in USA

I always order from many other brands such as baroque, khuda baksh and the process is always smooth

I have never experienced such nonsense from any other

So, my mum has always been a big fan of Sana Safinaz, and for Eid, I thought I'd surprise her with an outfit from their website. While browsing through their collection, I came across a beautiful mint green outfit with beads attached, called CODE LUXURY 18-04B. I was so impressed with it that I decided to buy one for myself as well.

However, when I received the materials, I was disappointed to find that the outfit material and lace beads that had attracted me to the outfit in the first place were not included. The images on the website clearly showed the model wearing the outfit with lace beads, but what I received was completely different. There were no lace beads at all!

I felt like they had breached my consumer rights by misleading me with false advertising. They showed one thing on their website and sent me something completely different and incomplete. I took screenshots of their website page, images, and what I received and contacted trading standards to raise this issue. A claim has now been filed against the company.

In total, including shipping, I paid around ?150, and I am very annoyed at how this company has sold goods under false advertisements. I will pursue this claim against the company, and I hope they will learn their lesson and be more honest with their customers in the future.

I'm glad I took the risk and ordered it. However, I still stand by my previous comments about the other items being cheaply made and not worth the price. I gifted the other suits to my sister and she also agreed that the quality was not up to par. Overall, I would say that Sana Safinaz has some hits and misses when it comes to their clothing. It's important to read reviews and do research before making a purchase. As for their customer service, it could definitely use some improvement. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and that can be frustrating. But, I'm happy that I finally received my order and that everything turned out okay in the end.

Each time I email, we are working on and someone will reach out. There has been no concrete reply from someone that has common sense and can understand the situation and reply to the customer.
