I got a car from R.W. Motors, LLC in Oct. 2020. Sometimes, I could smell oil but I didn't know what was going on. In Feb, the smell was so bad and there was smoke that I thought it would catch on fire. I called a mechanic close to me and found out that there was oil all over the undercarriage. They had to clean it off and found a small leak in the cylinder head gasket. It cost me 2080.00 to fix it. I called the dealership and asked them to look at it, but they said they couldn't tell where the leak was and just cleaned it off. I sent them two emails asking for help to fix the car, but they haven't answered. This didn't just happen after I bought the car. The car wasn't bought AS IS. I've put 3,800 miles on it in 4 months. But the car was cleaned up and put out on the front line to sell. I can't afford to fix the car on disability. It's the only vehicle I have. Can someone help me?

They sold me a car that turned out to be a real lemon. It's been less than a month since we bought it and the engine already burned up. They claimed it was because of low oil, but the warning light never came on. A car that's been recently purchased shouldn't be burning through oil like that. They probably cleaned the engine and turned off the warning lights to hide the problem. This car should never have passed inspection. To make matters worse, they want $4,400 to fix it. We're getting it estimated elsewhere. On November 5th at around 2:45, we went to collect our things from the car. They had already taken them out and detailed the car for sale. We still have a financial contract with them, so they had no right to touch our things. We didn't "turn in" the car, we just dropped it off for an estimate. And to top it off, they're planning on selling a car that needs over $4,000 worth of repairs. I want all the money I paid to RW back. The car was a Nissan.

Me and my wife bought a car from R&W motors on 6/23/22. We got a silver dodge Nitro and put down $1500 as deposit. We financed the rest through *** and pay $222 every two weeks. When we got the car, all the lights on the dash came on and the passenger side front window wouldn't roll down. We called the dealership and they said they would fix it at automatic in Fruitland MD. They called us later that day and said it was fixed. We picked up the car and everything seemed fine, but the next morning it wouldn't start for 15 minutes and all the lights came back on. We called rw motors again and they had to take it back to automatic in Fruitland. They fixed it and ordered a new window switch. When we picked up the car, the noise under the vehicle was still there and the window switch wasn't installed. We texted rw motors and they said their tech guy was hurt and wouldn't be back for a week. We've been trying to get our car fixed and now they're saying the warranty is over.
