I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with RV & Auto Parts. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I ordered an exhaust system from them and they took my money, but then they sent me an email saying that it was no longer available. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they raised the price and now it's back in stock. It's like they're playing games with people's money.

I'm not the only one who's had this problem either. I've seen other people online saying the same thing. They juggle prices and lie to their customers. It's just not right. And the worst part is that the manufacturer had the item in stock the whole time. So why did RV & Auto Parts lie to me? It's just bad business practices.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They're just a scam, plain and simple. If you're looking for auto parts, go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money with RV & Auto Parts.

This company is not good, so be careful when you shop here. I suggest you read the other reviews before you make a purchase. They show a lot of items in stock, but when you order, they put you on back order. Even if you cancel your order, they still show that they have lots of items in stock, even though they don't! They earn interest on your money and everyone else's money that they can trick and hold onto for the "Back Order". They make money off of everyone that is fooled. This is a bad company to do business with!

I also had to search on Google to find where to leave feedback because they don't offer feedback on their website! It's frustrating when you want to leave feedback and can't find where to do it. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I recently purchased some steps for my RV from RV & Auto Parts and I have mixed feelings about my experience. At first, the salespeople were very friendly and helpful in answering my questions and placing my order. However, things took a turn for the worse when my steps didn't arrive on time.

I called the company to inquire about the delay and was informed that I needed to pay an additional $86.00 for shipping. The representative, Mike, explained that they couldn't use Fed Ex because they tend to damage packages and that I would have to pay a freight charge instead. I was frustrated by this unexpected cost and asked for a refund, but Mike abruptly hung up on me before I could even finish speaking.

Needless to say, I was not satisfied with this experience and I plan to share my disappointment with my 2500 Facebook friends. I also intend to let my dealership know not to order auto parts from RV & Auto Parts in the future. While the salespeople were nice and informative, the shipping and customer service left a lot to be desired.

Overall, I would caution others to be aware of potential hidden costs and poor customer service when ordering from this company. It's a shame because I had high hopes for my purchase, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations.

This company ain't worth your time or money, folks. They'll sell you something they don't even have in stock, and then you won't hear from them again. Trust me, I learned the hard way. I placed an order with these jokers over a year ago. At first, they told me the item was on back order. I was cool with that, I'm a patient person. But then I didn't hear anything from them for months. I forgot about it, honestly. But then I called them up to see what was going on, and wouldn't you know it, they suddenly had the item in stock and shipped it out to me the next day. Sounds great, right? Wrong. They sent me the wrong item. And when I tried to contact them about it, I got no response. Not a peep.

He asked if I still wanted to proceed with the order at the higher price.

Based on my experience, I would caution others who are considering ordering from RV & Auto Parts. I had a really bad experience with RV & Auto Parts. I was hoping they could help me out with my BAK Industries MX tonneau cover, but they were really unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my needs as a customer.

I placed my order and waited patiently for 4 business days, hoping to receive my replacement rails or at least a tracking number. But instead, I got an email on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, saying that they didn't have my parts in stock and that they might be able to get them drop shipped from the manufacturer. But there were a lot of maybes and mights, and they didn't give me any further information or suggestions for a solution.

I was really disappointed with their lack of professionalism and their indifference to my request for a refund. They didn't seem to care about my needs as a customer, and they didn't make any effort to find a remedy for my situation.

My experience with RV & Auto Parts was absolutely terrible. I placed an order for a slideout gearbox and paid over $100 for overnight delivery. I even called them and left a message to make sure they understood that this had to be shipped next day air. However, when I tracked my order, I was notified by UPS that the sender (RV & Auto Parts) sent the product too late, causing a one day delay. I was extremely frustrated and called them again, but all I got was a meaningless apology. It reminded me of when my child would try to explain why they snuck a cookie.

To make matters worse, when the product finally arrived at my home state hub, it was returned because someone over there couldn't write legibly. I received yet another meaningless apology from RV & Auto Parts. At this point, I had had enough and decided to cancel my order. It's been four days since my original order and I still haven't received the part I paid for.

I have proof of this comedy of errors and I'm writing this review on 8/2 from my RV, still without the part I needed. RV & Auto Parts really let me down and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their service is terrible and they clearly don't care about their customers.

I just had to share my experience with RV & Auto Parts. I recently purchased an oven range for my van from their website, rvautoparts.com. Unfortunately, when the product arrived, it was not in the condition I expected. It appeared to have been used or shipped for the second time, which was disappointing considering I paid $700 for it. The shipping box looked like it had been packaged by a child, and when I opened it up, I found that the back plate was rusted and the corners were scratched, dented, and missing paint.

I contacted customer service, and while they were friendly and patient, they did not have another oven range in stock to replace the damaged one. They offered me a discount of $90, which I thought was not a good deal considering the condition of the product. I decided to return the oven range for a full refund, which they agreed to do. However, it has now been three weeks, and I am still waiting for my refund.

I recently had an experience with RV & Auto Parts that I wanted to share. As a proud owner of a motorhome, I take pride in doing all of my own maintenance. Recently, I was preparing for a long trip and while inspecting the motorhome, I found that one of the leveler jacks was damaged. I went online looking for the needed component and stumbled upon RV & Auto Parts website. To my delight, they indicated that they had the item in stock and I immediately ordered the leveler jack from them.

The item I received was the exact item that I had ordered and needed. It was delivered on time to meet my deadline. Since I ordered it early in the day, it was shipped that day and I was given a projected delivery date of the next Friday before the end of the day. The item was delivered Friday morning, just in time for my trip.

However, I did have an issue with their communication with the customer. After I placed the order, I did not receive an email order confirmation. I was a bit worried and decided to call them. The order confirmation arrived in minutes after the call. I then went to check the order status, but it showed "In Progress" for two days. I called again because the part arriving on time was critical. They confirmed a projected Friday delivery and the email with the tracking number arrived in minutes. I'm not sure why their emails are not automatically generated as they are with most vendors, but better communications would improve customer confidence.

Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with RV & Auto Parts. They had the item I needed in stock and delivered it on time. However, their communication with the customer could use some improvement. Despite this, I would still recommend them to other motorhome owners who are in need of parts.

Ordered 2 Norcold fridge fans from RV & Auto Parts. They took my money, but I never got my fans. I tried to get in touch with them by email and phone, but they never got back to me. It's been 2 whole months and still no response. Don't waste your time with these guys, go somewhere else.

I recently made a purchase on rvautoparts.com for a Winegard PL-7000R DISH Playmaker White Portable Antenna with Wally HD Satellite Receiver Bundle. I was excited to use it at my place up north, but unfortunately, I ran into some issues with the setup due to the abundance of trees in the area. I reached out to their support team for assistance, but unfortunately, it was not successful.

I decided to return the product through Amazon, and the return was approved. I sent the item back, and it was received on May 1st. However, I am disappointed to say that I have yet to receive my refund. It has been quite some time, and I am starting to lose patience.

I bought a motorcycle seat from RV & Auto Parts, and I thought I had ordered the right one. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong seat. I was disappointed to find out that this business doesn't have a return process or RMA. I had to pay for the shipping myself, and on top of that, there was a 10% restocking fee. Dealing with this business was a real pain in the neck, and it ended up costing me $43.15. I don't have anything to show for it except a lighter wallet and a headache. I would advise anyone to steer clear of these folks. Even if you think you're saving a few bucks, it could end up costing you more in the long run.

I ordered a Class B cover from RV & Auto Parts on July 9th. They charged me right away, but I haven't received the product yet. I haven't heard anything from them either. However, I never received any email confirmation of shipping and after waiting for 8 days, I decided to give them a call. What's worse is that they had already charged my PayPal account for the item.

As someone who has been an RVer for a long time, I have dealt with many RV parts suppliers and I have never encountered one that failed to notify me when a part was unavailable. It's quite disappointing to see that RV & Auto Parts did not bother to inform me of the back order and instead chose to charge me for an item they did not have in stock.
