When I got my shoes from Rummos-shop, I was really excited to try them on. But when I did, I was really disappointed. They were way too small and uncomfortable. I immediately contacted their customer service to ask for a refund or exchange, but I haven't heard back from them in over four weeks. I've sent them multiple messages, but they haven't responded to any of them. It's really frustrating because their website says that they offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

I even went ahead and sent the shoes back to the address listed on their website, but they never received the package. I had to pay 20 euros for tracking, but it was all for nothing. I'm really disappointed with the lack of customer service from Rummos-shop. They don't seem to care about their customers at all.

I would definitely recommend going to a physical store instead of ordering from Rummos-shop. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from them. It seems like a lot of other people have had similar experiences.

Overall, I would not recommend Rummos-shop. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers. It's best to avoid them and go to a proper shop instead.

I gotta say, I bought a couple of pairs of Rummos from their website (rummos-shop.com) back in November 2021. I needed them for a dance performance that was coming up soon, so I was pretty excited to get them. I had tried some of their shoes before from another store and they were pretty good quality, so I figured I'd give them a shot.

After about two weeks, I got a notification that my shoes had shipped. I was stoked! But then, week 5 rolled around and I still hadn't received them. I checked online and saw that the shoes were still in Portugal. I was bummed out because I knew I needed them for my performance, so I wrote to Rummos customer service to let them know I had to cancel the order because the shoes wouldn't arrive in time.

But then, I didn't hear back from them for 10 whole days! That's a long time to wait for a response, especially when I needed the shoes for a performance. So, I decided to open a dispute with my credit card company. I mean, what else was I supposed to do?

Well, guess what? Three weeks after I filed the dispute (which was exactly two months after I placed the order), Rummos finally shipped the shoes. Can you believe it? They arrived a whopping 10 weeks after I placed the order! By that time, I had already bought replacement shoes a week before they sent the second shipment. I was so frustrated!

So, I contacted Rummos customer service again to request return information, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's like they don't even care that I spent $240 on two pairs of shoes that I don't even need anymore. I'm so disappointed.

Honestly, if you're thinking about ordering from Rummos, I would think twice. Unless you're okay with waiting forever to get your shoes (if you get them at all), I wouldn't recommend it.
