I can’t believe how they operate this law firm. It’s almost comical. They don’t explain the process, they don’t return calls. It’s so disorganized. If that’s who we have defending us we are in trouble. I’ve lived here my whole life and I was shocked.I don’t think the nurse even read the medical records. It’s a small town. I would not recommend them.I regret calling them. When you are suffering from illness, that’s the last thing you need.

I have used them twice and great results. Extremely professional. Very reasonable rates. They keep you informed so you never have to call them. I highly recommend and will use again although I hope I do not have to.

they were very helpful from start to finish. didn't know anythimng about motorcycle law in florida, and now we have knowledge. they always called back when we had a question, no matter how menial, and kept us in the loop with the case.

Alan is an excellent lawyer and has a great competent staff that backs him up. They took care of me from the minute I called them. Just listen to them and follow there guidance and you will be happy with there work. Would use them again if I ever need them.

My experience with Rue and Ziffra was about as perfect as a legal relationship can be. Although most of it was done via Zoom our communications were seamless thanks to the diligence of Terri, Liz and Miss Kim Smith. We reached a reasonable settlement without going to trial. They are the worst! Poor communication and will drop you the minute they find out they have to pay out! They make up lies about calling and texting like they haven't heard from you, when it is crickets! They only email you and then cut ties by sending a certified letter that you wouldn't communicate with them! They owe me money and I am extremely disappointed at the way Lori spoke to me extremely disrespectful. Never reached out not once through a phone call or text. They are liars! All they see if dollar signs! Run!
