Listen up y'all, I gotta give you the 411 on Ooala (ooala.com). They had me goin' round and round in circles like a dang merry-go-round tryna find a product that don't even exist! Can y'all believe that? And to make matters worse, somehow I got signed up for a monthly subscription without even knowin' it! Ain't that just crazy? Them sneaky devils must have had some real teeny tiny print that I missed. So now they're takin' $20 from my account every month like it's their freakin' birthday or somethin'.

But don't y'all worry, I reported them to my bank and they're investigatin' them for fraud. I'm hopin' to get my money back real soon. Ain't nobody gonna mess with my hard-earned cash and get away with it, no sirree!

So if y'all thinkin' about messin' with Ooala, I'd think twice if I were you. But hey, maybe you'll have better luck than I did. Just keep your eyes peeled for those tricky little details.

So, just like everyone else, I bought this vanish scar cream online from Ooala. I gotta say, I was pretty excited to try it out and see if it really worked. So you know what I gotta do now? I gotta go and talk to my bank and try to get me a refund that way. I ain't got time to be messin' around with these Ooala folks no more. Total waste of time and money, if ya ask me.

I bought this one cream back in November from Ooala and I haven't subscribed to any recurring product shipment like they confirmed. But then surprisedly, I was charged twice the amount of the original order in both December and January, and for products that I never ordered or even rechecked. A total of $92 so far was charged. I was really upset and I have sent five emails to request a refund but they haven't responded at all. I'm very worried about my money and I have my bank investigating it right now. I would definitely not recommend ordering from this company because they seem to be scammers! Even with all of my emails, they still continue to send me emails about my next order. I cannot believe how unprofessional and disrespectful this company is. I hope that my fellow customers can avoid the same situation that I'm facing right now.

I recently purchased some cat collars from Ooala (ooala.com) and unfortunately ran into some issues with my order. While trying to complete my purchase, I accidentally added an extra 6 collars to my order. I immediately reached out to their customer service team to cancel the additional items, but was told that I couldn't make any changes to my order.

I was charged $127.81 Canadian on my visa that same day, which was October 30. Unfortunately, I haven't received the collars or any updates on why my order is delayed. I've reached out to Ooala's customer service team multiple times via email since November, but have not received a response despite being promised by Alexa Bailey that she would look into the issue.

As a senior citizen, I'm extremely disappointed and feel like I've been taken advantage of. I worked hard for my money and don't appreciate being scammed out of it. At this point, I only have an order number (AC723614935) and am hoping to receive a human response from Ooala's team.

I've also tried calling their customer service line, but it's always busy. As proof of my purchase, I have two statements from my visa account. It's frustrating to be in this situation and I would not recommend Ooala to other customers based on my experience. The lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable.

Same as other customers, I thought I was buying 4 vanishing creams as a one time purchase, that is why I bought 4, so I was very surprised when I got an email next month saying that my shipment was sent, and the worst part is that I didn't even used the first products because I had allergic reaction to it so I was very disappointed about getting another 4 creams that they charged me for and I had not use for them, apparently they put me on a monthly subscription without me knowing, I emailed them immediately and they have the automatic email response, finally they did approved my return, and they said that the refund was going to take from 5-10 business day; but I am still waiting after 20 day of them receiving the items that I sent back, and they are not responding to my emails, I am going to report them to BBB.
