Rubicon I changed my trash service from *** to Rubicon 3/20

I changed my trash service from *** to Rubicon 3/20. Rubicon agreed to handle the the buyout but still hasn't after months of correspondence. I changed my service from Waste Management to Rubicon in March if 2020. My rep, Angelo told me that Rubicon would pay the buyout to Waste Management in agreement for switching to them. I have an email from Angelo on 6/2 confirming that I don't owe Waste Management anything. I also have an email from their support on 7/30 saying that they are paying the buyout. Now I've been sent to collections and threatened with a lawsuit for the $4,140.34 buyout that Rubicon has assured me they would pay. I need them to pay Waste Management as agreed to prior to switching our service.

Rubicon Missed trash/ waste pick up for 3 weeks

Missed trash/ waste pick up for 3 weeks. Account not passed due. Have sent several emails and called with no response. Account # *** Monthly $287.36 ***com www.rubicon.com ***(Billing) ***ustomer service) ***@rubicon.com I have left several messages, only been able to actually speak to a rep in billing and no one in customer service. I own a daycare and as of now my trash has not been picked up for the third week in a row. I submitted a request for additional pickup/missed pick up and now have been left with no choice but to hire another waste management company. I also should have a large credit with rubicon and will need that back as well. I am worried about Rubicon now coming to pick up the *** trash bin overflowing with trash. At this point it is unsanitary and needs to be taken care of. The pictures taken were from monday and of course we accumulate a lot of trash daily.

Rubicon Rubicon has violated their contract several times

Rubicon has violated their contract several times. They price gouge, and have incorrect billing, and have not corrected their billing to show appropriate payments. The customer service dept is unwilling to figure the billing inconsistencies out and continues to email large amounts that are due. The trash service was cancelled per the contract, and for over a month Rubicon refused to cancel our contract. stating a person from their "retention team" needed to contact us and cancel this service. So, the contract has not been cancelled as of the requested date of July 1. Given adequate notice to do so. The trash dumpster was changed to a smaller dumpster out without our knowledge and not per our contract. This company takes advantage of business for their trash service, and then charges them an amount that was not agreed upon in the contract, and then continues to increase prices, and confuses the accounts on file with other customers. The account has increased in amount due over the last three months to triple amounts! For one of our accounts that has continually been reported incorrectly, the Wichita account - first, the balance was $3545.11 due as of 3/5. Which a check was written and deposited through our account for this amount, amount paid in full. And, then moving forward should be the regular monthly payment to Rubicon of $452.77 4/6 an invoice due of $5,798.36, 4/20 get an invoice due of $12,911.70, Then, balance due of $9232.29 on 5/8. Then, the amount increases to $9719.21 in July (4 months later), then increases to $16,949.38 as of August 3(1 month later). I will upload supporting documents. I can share paperwork, payment information and emails to support my claim. Monthly payment started at 418.62 in September . And is currently $452.77 My other account in *** started at $. and is currently $182.29. This account has been auto pay every month and has cleared my bank account every month.
