I bought multiple diamond resorts *** gift cards from RPG gift cards. They were sent to me via certified mail. However, when I checked the card balance, I discovered that they had not been activated. As a result, I have lost my money. I gave these cards to my customers, only to be embarrassed when they found out there was no balance on them. In total, I have been robbed of $1675.00. I purchased 2 cards worth $500 each, 3 cards worth $200 each, 1 card worth $50, and 1 card worth $25. All of these were bought from RPG using my personal credit cards. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.

I purchased a $75 Shell gift card from RPG and paid an additional $18 for expedited shipping. The card arrived promptly after 2 days. However, when I attempted to add more funds to the card online, I discovered that it had not been activated. I contacted the customer service number provided on the back of the card and spoke with a woman who directed me to call a different number for activation. Unfortunately, when I called that number, I was informed by a man that it was the wrong number and they do not handle card activation. Frustrated, I reached out to the same woman again, who repeated the number. I called once more, but encountered the same problem. This experience has left me feeling like I may have been scammed, and I am requesting a refund of $93.

I bought Shell Gift cards from my local Publix store over the past few years, intending to use them for a trip with my husband. Unfortunately, my husband's health deteriorated due to heart disease, and he passed away on 02/21. Recently, when I started using the gift cards, I discovered that someone had stolen the funds from these cards, amounting to approximately $2000.00. I have made numerous calls to their customer service number, [protected], but have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. The phone connection is extremely poor, frequently cutting off and making it difficult to understand the representatives. During my last call, when I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold and eventually transferred to a recording before being disconnected. Frustrated, I visited their website to check the balances of the 22 different cards I possess, each with a 19-digit number. However, the website stated that they were unable to provide balance information. I believe that Shell's inadequate card security measures are enabling fraudulent activities, and I am seeking a refund for the stolen funds. I desperately need assistance in resolving this matter.
