In december of 2011 I paid for 500 units of american jeans 5.000 shipping included, the compromise was that I had to pay that ammount and they were going to send it to my house. I had never receive it and when I talked with them they said that I had to paid US$100 more for every 100 pounds for the shipping so I told them I was not agree so I wantedthey gave me back my money, at the beginnig they said "okwe will make a refund" but that neve happened and later when I was trying to talk with them (by phone because I live in Colombia) they always put me on hold and finally until this moment (one year and a half) nobody respond and I didnt receive my merchandise or my money. :(

Siempre compramos contenedores de ropa de primera por mas de 5 anos y esta empresa es una de las mejores en el mercado siempre la gente critica y habla cuando ven que los demas estan haciendo un buen trabajo. de 1, 000 personas no todas van a estar agradecidas. pero gracias a dios y a esta empresa nuestro negocio a subido mucho
We buy for 5 years and their are very good company we like the product
Looks like we are getting scammed also. I just searched the internet to find out if there have been other complaints and found these. We sent them $1000 3 months ago, and they keep telling us that they will be shipping our clothes on Tuesday. Next Tuesday, they say the same thing.
I was also scammed by these people. I paid $1500 in October of 2013 and here it is April of 2014 and my order has not been sent. All I get are lame excuses and bogus promises.
