Man, I gotta be honest, I was pretty stoked when I discovered Rooms To Go Kids website (roomstogokids.com). They got some pretty dope prices and I figured hey, if I can save a few dollars on some kiddie furniture, why the hell not? But let me tell you, it ain't all unicorns and rainbows, folks.

Sure, their prices are good. Can't really argue with that. But lemme tell ya, the furniture doesn't hold up as well as I hoped it would. After just a year, my couches were looking pretty janky. Kinda wish I could just throw those bad boys back at 'em and call it a day.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Rooms To Go Kids is the worst thing since Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" (though, let's be real, that song's pretty damn terrible). I've definitely seen worse furniture out there. But at the end of the day, I wouldn't say they're the best either.

OMG, I gotta tell you about my experience with Rooms To Go Kids. It was a total disaster, like a dumpster fire. Let me tell you - stay far away! Their customer service is straight-up trash. They never, and I mean NEVER, return your calls. And if you finally do get through to someone, they don't even bother passing on your info to the next person. What's the point of talking to them then?

Oh and don't even get me started on the pricing. They're a bunch of liars! They'll tell you one price and then change it on you. Ugh, how frustrating is that? I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of used car salesmen. Honestly, they're the worst in the industry.

So save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Trust me, you won't regret it.

So, I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Adriene from Rooms to go Kids-Independence, Charlotte, NC! Let me tell you, she's awesome. We went into the store looking for some cute furniture for our little ones, and even though kids furniture wasn't technically her department, she stepped up and helped us find exactly what we needed. She was super efficient and made the whole purchasing process a breeze. Can you say lifesaver?! Thanks, Adriene, you rock!

So, I recently ordered a fancy-shmancy bedroom set from Rooms To Go Kids for my little one. Talk about spending a pretty penny, it came down to about $2000. But when I saw the set, I knew it was worth the investment. Unfortunately, the furniture arrived damaged not once, not twice, but THREE times. I mean, seriously, what the heck? And to make matters worse, the company wouldn't even offer us a measly discount for all the hassle and frustration we experienced. I had to be at home for so many deliveries, which was such a pain in the butt. The delivery person also confirmed the poor quality furniture and crappy service.

The cherry on top? Management and the customer service team didn't seem to give a flying you-know-what. They just said that they'll keep sending us the "proper" furniture, regardless of how many times they had to. Are you kidding me? What kind of business motto is that? It's like they don't care about their customers' satisfaction at all. Talk about yucky customer service.

Overall, I highly recommend staying away from Rooms To Go Kids. They don't seem to care about their products or customers. Beware before you think of purchasing anything from them. You might end up having to deal with the same fiasco I had to go through. #NoThanksRoomsToGo #NeverAgain
