Rocky Mountain Holidays we're amazing. Thanks to Covid we had to reschedule twice and they were helpful and made the process simple. Tom in particular was a great.

I think that Rocky Mountain Holidays is as helpful and responsive as anyone could every expect. My experience throughout the trip was awesome. All arrangements were meticulously planned and well coordinated. Train staff are awesome people. We had a wonderful time.

The service and commitment from Tom O'Brien at Rocky Mountain Holidays was second to none. Friendly, helpful and always keen to answer any queries. The holiday was postponed due to Covid shutdown but rebooking was handled seamlessly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We just returned from a Rocky Mountaineer trip from Calgary to Vancouver. It was the best trip, everything was handled for us with no issues at all. The tour guides were knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and it was an excellent way to acknowledge that milestone.

Special thanks to Tom O of Rocky Mounteer who did an excellent job of organizing our Circle Tour and helped us negotiate the necessary delays because of the Pandemic. He was a joy to work with and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results and getting to go on this adventure of a lifetime. Every detail was made as easy and as enjoyable as possible. We will treasure our photo memories for years to come!

Tom O'Brien of Rocky Mountain Holidays totally helped us put together an anniversary trip of a lifetime exploring British Columbia & Alberta on The Rocky Mountaineer. We found Tom always easy to get ahold of & willing to offer great advice on side trips/hikes, accommodations, dining, etc. We considered him a real partner in putting together our 2 week adventure. His attention to all the details resulted in fantastic use of our time - there were no surprises to have to deal with. From planning, invoicing, and a perfectly detailed itinerary, Tom was our Go-To. he had us the best prepared for any trip we have ever taken. Kudos Tom! Five stars out of five.

They have been nothing short of amazing, polite, professional & have gone above & beyond to help us with our travel insurance claim due to our trip being cancelled due to COVID. We learned of Rocky Mountain Holidays from watching a promotional video a previous traveler had done. We contacted Tom and from that initial moment until we arrived home from our trip he was like having our own private concierge. He was of great assistance in planning our whole itinerary, making suggestions of what to do, what to avoid, what weather to expect, and how to make the very most of our dream trip. He listens attentively, is very responsive by email, phone, and text, and is cheerful & positive. The 2-day train excursion did not disappoint & there was breathtaking scenery, superb staff, and delicious & ample food & drinks. All hotels for our 9-day trip were very high end and gorgeous. The coach (bus) tours on many of the days hit all the highlights of the areas of Banff, Lake Louise and surrounding areas and we saw lots of wildlife (even the rare white grizzly). The trip was well structured with just the right amount of some free time as well. All in all, if this kind of a trip is on your bucket list, we HIGHLY recommend Rocky Mountain Holidays, and Tom O in particular!

I used Rocky Mountain Holidays (RMH) to book our trip on Rocky Mountaineer and found them (Tom O'Brien) to be extremely helpful. Questions and requests for help were answered quickly whether via email or phone. I would not consider booking a trip like this again without RMH. They were especially helpful navigating the issues with US to Canada travel which caused the rescheduling of our trip from 2020 to 2021.
