Rockstar review: Everything

Rockstar is the worst company. Here's a list of what I have experienced up to now:

- password reset wasn't working for months. Wasn't able to get access to my account and play the games that I have bought

- rockstar launcher fails because it's such a poorly written app. It's horrible and everyone knows this. The only way to get it to work is by reinstalling windows. They are aware of this problem and don't care. People just reinstall windows

- can't change my password. I have my password and I also have the app for the 2FA code. After changing the password, I'm forced to calculate 6 pictures with dice showing on them. First it asks for 5, but this changes to 10.

That's 10x 6 calculations. Then I'm asked to provide the new password. Another 10x 6 calculations. Then I'm asked for the 2FA code and again, 10x 6 calculations. That makes a total of 180 calculations. After this, I get an error and it says that my 2FA code isn't valid. This is probably because of the dice calculation taking too long, but they do explicititly ask for the code beforeYou can proceed.

Rockstart has basically made it impossible to play my games, but also to change the password for my account. This makes my account vulnrable by design. Have reached out to support. They ended up trying to fix the games, completely ignoring the problem I reached out for.

Again. Rockstar is the worst company that has ever existed.
