I ordered a Wutang t-shirt for my bf at the end of October, its now Nov 25.. I emailed Rock merch two weeks after I ordered as I never got an email saying my item has been shipped. Never heard from them. I sent another email.. they finally got back and said my order is a special ordered item and could take up to a month and then right after they sent that email I got another email stating my item as been shipped and will take up to 7-10 business days. I tracked my order today. NOV 25. it says it's still in the US somewhere and csnt be tracked. This shirt is a Christmas gift as my nf accidentally ruined his very special Wutang shift he got at the concert. So this replacement was important and it's looking like I might not get it. Very disappointing as this wasn't cheap either.

Got my shirts from RockMerch real quick, like lightning fast, ya know? But then, I had a change of heart and wanted to return them, only to find out they don't do refunds, only exchanges. I mean, what's up with that? I just wanted my money back, ya feel? But I guess I'll just have to exchange them for something else and hope for the best. Overall, decent experience, just not ideal for those who change their minds like me.

Ordered this pink floyd hoodie that I had been eyeing for sometime. Got it in size L, but what I got was a different pink floyd hoodie that was size M. I was pretty disappointed, man! Had been looking forward to rock that hoodie at the next big concert.

But that's not even the worst part. Shipping took almost 2 months! What the heck? And when I finally got the package, it was the wrong freaking item. I sent an email to their customer support team, but haven't gotten a response yet. Not cool, rockmerch.com.

I will say this though - even though they messed up my order, the hoodie itself seems pretty nice. It's good quality and the print looks sweet. If I manage to get a hold of the right size and all, I bet it will look great.

But seriously, rockmerch.com needs to up their game when it comes to shipping and customer service. Almost 2 months to deliver something is way too long, and not replying to customer emails just adds insult to injury. Step up your game, guys!

I bought some rockin' t-shirts from RockMerch on December 15th, but now it's January 9th and the shirts still haven't been made! I contacted their customer service and all they could tell me was that some items take 17-30 days to be made. I don't know when I'll actually be able to wear my new tees! This is not a good experience.

Yo, I gotta say, RockMerch is a hot mess. I mean, seriously, they ain't got no goods! What kinda merch store doesn't have no merch? And to top it off, they don't even got no telephone to call and complain. That's just straight up shady.

So, take it from me, someone who done got burned by RockMerch. Don't bother with this company. It ain't worth the trouble. Find yourself a different merch store that actually sells merchandise and maybe, just maybe, answers their dang emails.

So, I bought this rockin' hoodie from RockMerch (rockmerch.com), I was super psyched to get it and show it off to all my headbanger friends. But then, I find out that they don't even have my size in stock! Can you believe that? I mean, come on now, two days too late to cancel? That's just not right, man. And to top it all off, they won't even give me a refund, only store credit. What a total bummer, you know? I wish they would've made their terms more clear from the get-go. Now, I gotta wait up to 21 days to get my hoodie, and then go through the hassle of returning it for store credit. Ain't nobody got time for that! Overall, I wouldn't really recommend RockMerch if you're in a hurry to get your gear. But, if you're not in a big rush and don't mind a little disappointment along the way, then I guess it's not too bad.

So, I just got myself the deluxe vinyl Generation X box set from Rockmerch and gotta say, the wait was way too long. It took them ages to finally ship my purchase. And don't even bother trying to reach them because they won't respond. Definitely got to give them a big fat thumbs down for being terrible at communicating.

But hey, once they did ship it, I gotta give them props for packing it up nice and tight. The delivery was a success and the box set came in top-notch condition. So all in all, happy with the purchase.

One thing to keep in mind though, after they get your money, they'll keep you waiting for weeks before doing anything about it. And don't think about writing a fair review because they only seem to upload the 100% positive ones, not cool.

This company is just a hot mess. I mean, they show you they've got an item in stock and you're psyched right? So you add some extra swag to your cart cuz you're all about the whole "free shipping" thing and BOOM, the next day you get this message saying sorry, that item is totally out of stock yo. Oh, but wait, that's not all. They don't even have the decency to cancel the rest of your order or anything, they just get all up in your face talking about how it's all your fault for not reading some fine print or something like that. What a buncha low-down scam artists, just trying to grift every last penny outta us honest customers who just wanna rock out in some sweet merch. I ain't ever shopping with these losers again.

You only have 30 days to contact them, get a RMA number, and then you have to return the items at your own cost. And get this, you can only return for store credit! What am I supposed to do with that? The quality was pretty terrible, so why would I want to get a store credit to purchase anything else from them?

All in all, I would not recommend purchasing from this store. The material of their shirts is thin and the sizes are not accurate, plus the return policy is not customer-friendly. So save yourself the hassle and find a different rock t-shirt vendor to buy from.

Luckily, I was able to get a refund from Paypal, but it was a hassle, and I had to cancel my credit cards and change my passwords.

In conclusion, I would not recommend RockMerch to anyone. They need to improve their business practices, or they will continue to lose customers. It was a terrible experience, and I would not trust them again with my money.
