I gotta say, the stuff at Rise Store is pretty darn amazing. Like, seriously, their products are top-notch. And let me tell ya, their customer service is out of this world. I mean, they actually respond to your messages within 12 hours! That's pretty impressive, if you ask me. And not only that, but they're super friendly too. Like, they actually treat you like a human being and not just some random customer. That's a big deal, ya know?

I gotta give 'em 5 stars all the way. I mean, how could I not? The products are just so dang good, and the customer service is on point. It's like they actually care about their customers and want to make sure they're happy. And let me tell ya, that's a rare thing these days.

So yeah, if you're lookin' for some amazing products and exceptional customer service, you gotta check out Rise Store. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. They're the real deal.

I never got my package from Rise Store. They told me to go to the post office, but when I did, it had already been sent back. They're blaming me for not picking it up and refusing to refund my money.

I wouldn't recommend this brand. I purchased a pair of joggers, but it's been 3 months and I still haven't received them. Every time I reach out to customer service, they ask me to pay for the shipment so they can send me a new pair. Their customer service and shipment method are terrible. I don't understand how they lost my item and why they can't do anything about it. Stay away from this!

I placed an order on June 8th from Rise Store, expecting my package to arrive within a reasonable 2-week shipping time. However, it is now August 11th, and I am still left empty-handed. The tracking number they provided shows that my item is still stuck in the sender's country. I fail to comprehend why they consider this delay to be my problem rather than theirs. As a result, I am left in limbo, uncertain if and when I will ever receive the item I paid for.

The level of customer service I have experienced from Rise Store is absolutely unacceptable. Not only am I out of pocket for the $170 I spent on the item, but I am also left without any means of obtaining a refund or a replacement. I strongly urge anyone contemplating shopping at Rise Store to think twice before proceeding. Engaging in business with this company poses a significant risk.

To provide further insight into my ordeal, here are some additional details about my experience: I paid $170 for the items I ordered, and I have reached out to their customer service a total of 5 times. Despite my efforts, I am still awaiting a resolution. In light of this, I have decided to file a claim with my payment gateway in hopes of finding a solution to this predicament.

So, I decided to give this Rise Store a shot since I heard they were having a sale. As a newbie to their website, I thought it would be a great opportunity to try out some of their products. Little did I know, there were some hidden surprises waiting for me.

When I made my purchase, I didn't realize that they had a strict no-refund policy for items that didn't fit. I mean, seriously? How was I supposed to know if their size "S" shirts were going to be way too big for me? And to make matters worse, they didn't even offer a size XS. Talk about limited options!

Naturally, I reached out to their customer service for help. But let me tell you, it was like waiting for a snail to finish a marathon. It took them ages to respond to each of my messages. I mean, come on, I don't have all day to wait around for a simple answer. And guess what? Even though they didn't have a size that would fit me, they flat out refused to give me a refund. Can you believe that?

All they did was throw their "terms of service" and "returns policy" in my face, as if that would solve everything. It's like they didn't care about my concerns at all. I've been shopping online for years, and I can't remember the last time I couldn't return something. Most places even offer free returns! But not Rise Store, oh no.

Not only did I have to shell out my hard-earned cash to send the products back to them, but get this: they also had the audacity to charge me for the original shipping cost. Can you say rip-off? This whole ordeal ended up costing me more than what I initially paid. Talk about adding insult to injury.

Unless you have some magical ability to predict your perfect size and they happen to carry it, I would strongly advise against making any purchases from this place. Especially during one of their so-called "sales." Trust me, you don't want to deal with their horrendous customer service and end up paying more just to sort things out.

Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there that won't leave you feeling like you've been taken for a ride.
