Precise Pest Control dishonest/unauthorized charges

THESE SON OF A ### DID THIS TO ME AS WELL!..i live in a new community of 25 town homes or so..this company went knocking on door to door one saturday a few months ago..their pitch was that they had worked a deal out with the homeowners association that every home could get a bug inspection/spray for 50 bucks that day only at a much cheaper rate than normal.i figured 50 bucks wasnt that much so i wrote them a check..the salesmen gave me a form to fill out with my name, address, email and told me to sign and by me signing that would give them permission to enter my home..nothing was ever mentioned about future obligations, a year contract or anymore money being exchanged, just the onetime fee(my cousin was there during the entire conversation and can vouch).a couple months went by and i received an email stating this company would be back to do more services..i called the number and asked the lady what this was about, where i was informed i was under contract for a year..i explained to here that no one ever said one word about a contract or future obligations so she had the owner contact me..i explained to him the situation and it was not listening to anything i said..basically said you signed the form so you are liable..i told him not to send anyone out that i wasnt paying another dime, where his response was he would turn me into a collection agency, which i said fine..well i just received my bank statement and was drafted 180 bucks from my account..

i too will be writing a letter to the attorney generals office, 5 on your, the trouble shooter anyone who will expose this bs company for what they are..times are tight for everyone and you have companys like this trying to suck what little but you have left..people BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IF THEY COME KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR!

Precise Pest Control Heavy hand selling, less than honest, embezzeling funds from checking act

Less than honest when relating their products and use, or that you have a money back guarentee, heavy handed selling techniques, refuse to honor ending a contract with in 3 days of signing it, stated you can end the contract early except you will owe the original initial fee of $165 not the $50 deal they promised to treat inside and outside. Don't write them a check they use your rounting number to withdraw fees they think they are owed through ACH electronic debting. I had to turn them over to the States Attorney to get them to return my money they embezzled from my checking account.

I have not yet decided what I will do or how I feel about this company.. I have the same guy come out twice to treat. He broke a shrub that my grandfather gaver me, dented my van with his hose, and let my dogs out BOTH TIMES! he was unprofessional and rude. He even tracked mud all through my house. Now there are mice in my walls never were before and the [person that sold us the contract swore they guaranteed mice. he was a liar... I haven't decided yet how I feel because I am STILL waiting for a return call from them after leave several messages for them to please call me... Im giving them a chance to make this tight before I judge harshley, but the better call me back before the next guy comes out or the manager will be making a special trip out here

They Are Liers ! They told me Its Only $50 Dollars and Than I Get a bill Saying I Owe $314 dollars ! I Haven't Pay Nothing Yet Because I don't See The Difference Im Starting To see My House With More Cockroaches spiders Even Rats and Lizerts !

I was shopping around for a pest control service. The staff at the office was very friendly and informative, and even after i told her i wanted to compare prices she wasn't pushy or demanding . Decided to sign for the service, she explained everything including the fact that i did sign for a certain amount of treatments and there are penalties if i cancel early. I don't understand why someone will sign for a service and then immediately regret it without reading or asking questions. Very satisfied with the program so far... -Ed

I have had this company take care of my bug issues since last year, I love coming home and seeing dead bugs outside my porch. Their service is great! I think the difference between whoever posted this and people who complain is that I READ my contract before signing like any intelligent adult would. I think people get mad because they feel so stupid when they don't read what they sign they come and harass small companies who are only trying to do business. I wanted to cancel my satelite account and they charged me with a cancel fee.. Guess what? Majority of the companies do that. if you don't have money to pay for something don't sign.

I have had a good experience with them, and yea they did withdraw money from my account because I gave them my debit card number and signed that I understand that "We'll run your card through 1-3 days after each service has been rendered to your home." Exactly what the salesman told me. LOL. It's known as EFT Electrinic Funds Transfered. Nice kid, good company, and easy to work with. I'm a lawyer and its funny to me when people sign a contract and get mad when there is penalties when they try and cancel.

Same thing happens to me. Be careful when signing contract with them. They lie to you. I don't know how I can get my money back.
