The owners son "BRIAN KELLY JR" sexually propositioned me telling me to get on my knees and suck his ### in order for him to consider allowing the purchase of a new jeep to go through, I refused so he physically threw me out of his office then told me to get my 82 yr old handicapped mother's crippled ### off the property. We had a completed sale and were waiting for them to bring the car around when the owner's son "BRIAN KELLY JR" confronted me telling me he was tearing up the paperwork and the deal is off. He physically pushed me in front of his staff, poked me with his finger before I got into the car with my mother watching and even threatened me with bodily harm by telling me that his father knows people in organized crime and could have me taken care of with a phonecall and I better watch my back

My 82 year old mother who walks with a walker and is in declining health went in to lease a 2012 Jeep Liberty at KELLY JEEP of LYNNFIELD in Massachusetts and was trading in her 2006 Cadillac, she has great credit so it was APPROVED by Ally Leasing. As we were in the parking lot waiting for them to pull up with the new Jeep I was cleaning out the Cadillac as my mother sat listening to music. First let me say the positive, all the sales people and sales manager and finance manager all were very nice to my mother and me. The son of the owner of Kelly Jeep, BRIAN KELLY JR. came outside and asked to speak to me inside his office. He shut the door and sat down, he immediately started telling me he did not want our business and to get off his property. He then complained about a deal that went sour 6 months earlier when the General Manager of their Danvers store KELLY INFINITY a woman named LISA AVOLA sold a friend a $20, 000.00 used BMW X3 LEMON which they first refused to fix then dragged out the repairs causing the friend and me to lose money from missing work. The son-in-law BRIAN HEENEY basically did nothing to help us, insulted us and basically told us they will not do anything else. The owner stepped in, they owed us $12, 000 if they bought back the car which they did but only gave us $5000 and suggested the next time we buy from them lets go to a "New" vehicle and we would get a good deal. Two months later my mother and me walked into KELLY JEEP of LYNNFIELD and worked out a good deal without mentioning the owners promises. My mother signed the papers and the next day we went to pick up the Jeep, this is when we were confronted by BRIAN KELLY JR. So back to sitting in his office, after he told us to get out I tried reasoning with him telling him his father never said they don't want our business or never told us we cant buy every again. I also told him this deal was already done & approved by the bank, we were only there picking up the new car. I pleaded with him not to do this. He told me the following:
f*** you, get out of my office and off the lot.
Get your crippled ### mother off the lot too
I don't want to see you or your crippled mother at any KELLY dealership
You're a piece of ###, get your trailerpark what trash ### out of here.
I was in the state of shock, I did see employees looking in to see what was going on. I asked if there was anything I could do or say to change his mind? He then said "get on your kneees and suck my ### you piece of ### and maybe I will think about it". He then got up told me to get up and then pushed me out of his office. Then once outside in front of my mothers view he repeated some of the same only now poking me with his finger in the chest. Telling me he is not afraid of me like his brother-in-law, I then said "kid, please listen to me, don't do this, you are going to create a mess, this deal is done just let us get the new car and leave. He said "get off the property you piece of ### before I call the police, I dont want to sea or hear of you or your cripple mother who is probably faking it at any of our dealerships, go f*** yourself. I told him he was nuts and as I walked to the car he got in my way and in my face telling me he wanted me to throw a punch so he could kick my ### in front of my mother. I now told him to get out of my way and to leave my mother out of this, he threatened me with "do you have any idea who my father knows?" I can pick up the phone and have someone kill you tomorrow you ###, as I started to get into the car he said "you better watch your back for a long time"..My mother and me left
