Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital casual attitude and medical negligence

This whole incident or rather nightmare happened with my sister on 17th July 2018 when she visited this hospital (and was carrying ultrasound reports with herself) for the treatment of fibroids and as she preferred to get it done by the senior doctor so she met one male head gynecologist and after giving details to the assistant of that doctor, the doctor himself didn't ask about her problems or the reason for visit nor paid attention to what she said. So she assumed that the doctor would have gone through the case history and the details taken by his assistant & she thought that based on that he was taking the medical exam/test which was extremely painful, it was awkward but still she agreed on those test believing that he knows about the case but later on after that medical exam she was shocked to hear him, The doctor was not even aware of her problems and about the details as he didn't gave her any time, and was in a hurry. It didn't feel like being in a hospital because those painful tests were done and doctor didn't know about the case history or the problem. Then in the end he prescribed some medicine for infection and gave that one prescription page, and the most shocking part was he didn't give any observations/notes or any report of that painful medical test. Now she is wondering whether that examination was even required or not in her case .

**Same feedback given to senior staff/authorities in the hospital and they know about the whole incident.

Is this how these doctors are supposed to behave (so casually), are patient joke for them?

My mother was admitted from Nov end to early Dec, 2007 for about 15 days. at the Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital. She walked into the hospital by herself and had to be taken out on a stretcher. We have to buy medicines in the hospital pharmacy - later I come to know at huge prices. Later I know that healthy people are scared into heart, this and that...
