So my mom has been receiving calls from several companies that are willing to "help sell" your timeshare which she never asked for. Finally, she decided to listen to one of them and see what they were about. RTS provided her with a whole speech about how they could assist her with relieving her of her TS and the possible price of what they could "sell" it for.

On 3/25/24 she received a call back from them asking if she reviewed the email which she couldn't locate which was in her spam box, She was then told by Maria T Inventory Director, she would call her back. My mom expressed her uneasiness about signing up with them and decided she wasn't going to do it. Maria T called her back and my mom and I advised her that she (my mom) would not be moving forward and would need more time to think about it, At this point, Maria told my mom "Well you wanted in 5 minutes ago" and was trying to convince her to move forward. I then advised Maria that my mom SAID NO and to stop trying to convince her but she kept trying to pull my mom in. At that point, I told her to hang up. Why would we want to do business with a company that cannot be understanding when someone changes their mind? As long as I am around, I will never allow my parents to do business with them EVER!

One star is too much. In reality, this is a company that is dedicated to daily scams. They offered me a service that was never received and they placed your property on a website that practically does not exist because the advertising they do is poor. They also tell you that they need at least 90 days to sell your property and it is a lie since their business is not to sell your resort, it is just to take your money

If you call by phone, they never answer, and in that game the 10-day cancellation guarantee expires for your money back.

Don't be a victim of these scammers. They must be reported to the police department.

Being a timeshare owner for 15 years, I used my week maybe twice in 15 years. Tried selling it, renting it with a few outfits and only one successful… Resort Cancellation Services. They help me out of my timeshare noose. Thanks RCS!

I would like to say Thank You to Paul for your help with my timeshare. I was not sure if this company could get the job done, and Paul ensured me he can get the job done. He did and now I'm finally timeshare free. It was a quick sale just as promised. Thanks RSC.

We signed up for RCS over one year ago and paid them $3000 to sell or cancel our timeshare and never got any phone calls or services. We left numerous messages with customer service but still no response. Steer clear of this business bc they will take your money and ghost you.

We signed up with RCS January 2022 for them to help us get out of our timeshare. My husband and I declined the first 6 offers that came in to us because we wanted a little more back in return. After 7 months we are now timeshare free. Thank You Mala for helping us through the process. Thank you so much RCS.

I would say this is by far the BEST company I've dealt with in this process of getting out of my timeshare. I am no longer a timeshare owner. The representative Austin was straightforward and he was awesome dealing with my concerns. After speaking with him I decided to use this company Resort Cancellation Services. It was simple as described. I would love to say Thank You so much for your help.

My husband and I have tried to sell the 4 timeshares we had. We have paid 3 other companies with no results. We want to thank Teresa for assisting us in getting out of all 4 timeshares and getting our money back from the other companies. We finally found a legitimate company who does exactly what they say! This company is a fraud, do not give your money to this company. I trusted them to advertised my time share in Las Vegas. They gave me a 10 months time frame or I could get my money back. I had 0 offers and the ten months are up. When I called them to get my money back, they said that, that's not in the contract and they can only update my listing and added to the priority list. I want my $1795.00 back.

RCS worked tirelessly to get my family out of our Festiva Resort timeshare. I had a fast-acting agent that got us out of our timeshare in 4 months! I couldn’t get this done with any other company, most took my money and ran, not RCS! I am more than thrilled to use our now extra income on living it up in the Sunshine State! fraud, scam liars, do not give your money to this company. I trusted them i paid them almost 1800 gave me a 10 months time frame and said I would get my money back liars. My husband and i purchased a timeshare three years ago, I felt mislead by the resort, they told us we could use it every year anytime, it turns out we could only use it in the summer time one week every other year, my maintenance fees have became excessive,i have tried to sell it twice and have got taken by these resale companies. I did my research and came across Resort Cancellation Services, they held my hand,giving us updates all the way. My timeshare was successfully canceled,now I'm out of all future payments,maintenance fees and mostly we are timeshare free. Thanks again RCS.

Started process in May, the person we dealt with Marc *** was very good for about 2-3 weeks keeping us updated on our timeshare and what events they were going to. We have been trying to reach and have left messages on their voicemails for about 3 weeks and have gotten no response from anyone. Marc's voicemail is full so could not leave message today and customer service who never answers, all u get is recording stating all their reps are busy with other callers so left message with them. Which so far have not returned call...I'm starting to wonder if their still in business. ?

I had the privilege of speaking with Shane about my issues related to the Timeshare scam I experienced. After nearly 3 years of making payments and not being able to book as promised, I contacted Resort Cancellation Services. Shane explained the process, followed up with me serval times and reviewed my records. Nick made efforts to resolve my situation and it became clear that he is the person that I found success in ending this nightmare. RCS called me in December and offered to sell our timeshare with HICV. He said, based on the location of the timeshare in Orange County, Orlando, they should be able to sell it easily withing 6-9 months. He said they will refund the money if they cannot sell it in that timeframe. He showed me the ComplaintsBoard.com website with no customer complaints. But once I paid them the money, they stopped responding to calls. It has been one year and no response from them. After several attempts, I finally got on a call with customer service. They refused to give any refund nor provide any proof that they made an attempt to sell it or of any offers. All their positive reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com are fake and they seem to have a way to manipulate the reviews in their favor to lure more customers. This is all a scam. Don't waste your money on these scammers.

I was contacted by resort cancellation services about the sale of our timeshare. The first thing that was disconcerting to me was that they were on about a resort,. a Westin resort that was 115 away from our resort. Translation, not the same resort and in a totally different county. They then tried to show me the sales of my property. I said I saw none and he finally was able to find the right resort. Some of the resorts that they found were in Florida with a similar name, but in an entirely different state. When he found the only one sale. I let them know that is a huge difference between the resorts and how quickly they sell and for how much. They gave me a number originally that I knew was totally incorrect of $27,000. However when he finally got the appropriate timeshare, then they gave us a much better number. We then asked as when was the last sale and how often were there sales? That is when they gave me to the Closer who previously introduced himself as the accountant. They were getting the wrong resort again as this one was in Florida, He then gave the one he thought was ours because it was in California, but this resort was in Northern California. This Closer was mean and nasty. He treated us as if we were stupid like we were children. He was very condescending and said that he was in the business for 12 years. Yet, resort CS has only been in business for 4 years. A bit of a of incongruency?! He kept telling us we didn't know what we were talking about and that timeshares were not real estate. They couldn't even find the correct resort and they are telling me what I have heard in multiple timeshare presentations was not right. Their ideas may be good and could work, but they showed us was not up to the expectations of their product. I am posting this to be warning to other people as to be careful because their ideas may be good, but their presentations are greatly lacking.
