So, I was really excited to try out Reshine Hair and ordered a 13x6 22in hd lace 250 density straight wig. But when I received my package, I was disappointed to find out that it wasn't what I ordered. They told me that they didn't have the 13x6 in hd lace, even though it was clearly advertised on their website. So, I decided to settle for the 13x4 hd lace instead.

However, what I received was a 13x4 regular lace wig, not the hd lace that I paid for. And to make matters worse, the density of the wig was nowhere near 250. It was more like 180 at most, and maybe even 160. As someone who has been wearing wigs for a long time, I know the difference between laces and density, and I was really disappointed that they didn't send me what I paid for.

Despite all of this, I have to say that the hair itself seems nice. But unfortunately, the incorrect lace and density really put a damper on my experience with Reshine Hair. I'm giving them two stars because of the quality of the hair, but I really hope that they can improve their customer service and accuracy in the future.
