ReserveBar ReserveBar Review: Great Products and Customer Service, But Processing Time Needs Improvement

I recently made my first purchase from ReserveBar and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with the processing time. When I received my receipt, it stated that my order might take "longer than usual to arrive". Little did I know that it would take a whopping 7 days or more just for processing! I wish I had known this before I placed my order, as it would have been great to have that information upfront. Maybe ReserveBar could put this information in large print at the top of their web pages, so customers are aware of the processing time before they make a purchase. It would also be helpful if they could specify exactly how long it takes to process orders, rather than just saying "longer than usual". I mean, what does "usual" even mean?

Unfortunately, because of the long processing time, my gift is going to be very late. I could have easily ordered it earlier if I had known how long it takes to process an order before it is even shipped. However, I must say that the customer service at ReserveBar has been fantastic! They have been very helpful and responsive to my inquiries, which has made the wait a bit more bearable.

Overall, I think ReserveBar has some great products and their customer service is top-notch. However, I do wish they would be more transparent about their processing times so that customers can make informed decisions before making a purchase. Despite this, I will still consider shopping with ReserveBar in the future because of their quality products and excellent customer service.

ReserveBar Disappointing Experience with ReserveBar: Wrong Order, Poor Customer Service, and Unresolved Issues

So, my friend got me a birthday gift from ReserveBar, and it was supposed to be a special edition Moet champagne. But when I got the package, it turned out to be someone else's order! I mean, come on, ReserveBar, how hard is it to get the right order to the right person? And to make matters worse, the note that came with the order was for someone else too! I was pretty disappointed, to say the least.

So, I contacted ReserveBar and told them about the mistake. They said they would fix it and send me the special edition Moet that I had actually ordered. But instead, they sent me a regular bottle of Moet that was $30 cheaper than the one I had paid for! What kind of customer service is that? I mean, if you mess up someone's order, the least you can do is make it right without cutting corners.

So, I contacted ReserveBar again and told them that they had sent me the wrong bottle. They said they would send me the correct one, but I didn't receive anything for over a week and a half! I had to reach out to them again, and that's when they told me that I had to pay the difference between the regular Moet and the special edition one before they would ship it out. Seriously? You mess up my order, fail to communicate with me, and then expect me to pay for your mistake? That's just ridiculous.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with ReserveBar. They messed up my order not once, but twice, and their customer service was less than helpful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

ReserveBar ReserveBar Review: Great Selection, Reasonable Prices, and Excellent Customer Service

I gotta say, ReserveBar is pretty darn good. I mean, I was gonna give them five stars, but then they messed up my order. I got two bottles of Russel's single barrel bourbon instead of one bourbon and one rye. But, you know what? They made it right. After a bunch of back and forth emails, they said I could keep both bottles of bourbon and they'd only charge me for one. That's a pretty sweet deal if you ask me. I mean, I got a free bottle of Russel's bourbon out of it. And now, I keep coming back for more.

One thing to keep in mind, though, is that if you live out in the sticks like I do, you gotta be on the lookout for your package. Especially if it's being delivered by FedEx. I don't like FedEx much, but sometimes you gotta take what you can get. And hey, if you're living in the country, you can still hate on Trump all you want. Just don't go shouting it from the rooftops, ya know?

Anyway, ReserveBar is a pretty solid choice if you're looking for some good booze. They've got a great selection and their prices are pretty reasonable. And hey, if they mess up your order, they'll make it right. So, I'd definitely recommend giving them a shot.

ReserveBar ReserveBar Review: Great Products, Poor Delivery and Communication

I gotta say, ReserveBar has a pretty cool concept going on. I mean, who doesn't love a good drink, am I right? But let me tell you, they've got some work to do when it comes to their delivery game. I wouldn't recommend this site to just anyone, only those who have the patience of a saint and a real appreciation for top-notch spirits.

Now, don't get me wrong, the quality of the products is great and the packaging is on point. But the communication skills? Not so much. I've had a hard time getting any information about my orders and when I can expect them to arrive. Last time I ordered, it took a whole month to get my stuff. And let me tell you, I'm a returning customer, so I was pretty disappointed.

I order packages all the time, even during these tough times, and I've never experienced such extreme delays. I don't understand what's going on over there. Maybe they need to hire more people to handle the deliveries and communication. I've had a few cases of delay, but nothing more than a few days. ReserveBar needs to step up their game if they want to keep customers coming back.

ReserveBar ReserveBar Review: Top-Notch Customer Service and Vast Selection of Premium Spirits

Been searching for months for a special Scotch for my hubby's 80th bday. I hit up Compass Box and they told me to call ReserveBar. ReserveBar hit me back right away via email and answered my questions about which Scotch I should get for him, based on my comments on his favorite one locally. I called the number for their customer support group to order, but somehow it had changed and couldn't reach them by phone. Sent another email, and they got back to me right away and took my order. It wasn't easy for me to arrange for this and keep it a surprise, but luckily they will ship to my neighbor's house for her to receive for me. Virginia is not an easy state to ship spirits into, so it took quite a bit of researching, but ReserveBar was able to do it. So relieved that is taken care of thanks to them. Can't wait to see his face when he opens it.

I'll use them again, as they have a vast stock of fine spirits, and we have many friends who appreciate fine Scotch. ReserveBar is the real deal. They know their stuff and they're super helpful. If you're looking for a special bottle of something, they're the ones to go to. They have a huge selection of premium spirits, so you're sure to find something that suits your taste. And if you're not sure what to get, they're happy to help you out. Their customer service is top-notch. They're quick to respond to emails and they're always happy to answer any questions you might have.

Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with ReserveBar. They made it easy for me to find the perfect gift for my hubby's big day, and they went above and beyond to make sure it got to me on time. I'll definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks, ReserveBar!

I gotta say, ReserveBar is the real deal. I was on the hunt for a special gift for my dad's birthday and stumbled upon their website. Let me tell you, they have a collection that goes on for days. I mean, I was scrolling for what felt like hours and still didn't see everything they had to offer.

But eventually, I found what I was looking for - a limited edition bottle of Mount Gay Rum. And get this, I was able to get it engraved too! I knew it was gonna be pricey, but I was willing to go all out for my dad. He recently lost his sister and this was his first birthday without her. I wanted to make it extra special for him.

Now, I was cutting it pretty close with the timing. But I paid for rush shipping and crossed my fingers. I even sent a note to ReserveBar, telling them how important this gift was and asking if they could speed up the process. And let me tell you, they came through in a big way.

The bottle arrived way earlier than I expected, and the presentation box was top-notch. But the real star of the show was the engraving. It was absolutely perfect. I know my dad is gonna treasure this bottle for a long time, and I have ReserveBar to thank for making it possible.

ReserveBar Disappointing Experience with ReserveBar: Slow Shipping and Poor Customer Service

I've gotta say, I've used ReserveBar twice now and I'm not too impressed. Last year, I ordered a gift for a friend's birthday and it took over two weeks to arrive. I mean, come on, I ordered it over a week before their birthday hoping it would get there on time. But nope, it arrived a week after the fact. Not exactly the best gift-giving experience.

And now, I placed an order on January 2nd, 2023 for another gift and as of January 9th, 2023, it's still being processed. Like, seriously? It hasn't even been shipped yet. I tried to cancel the order and get a refund, but the automated service won't let me because apparently it's already shipped. Um, excuse me, but it hasn't even left the warehouse yet.

I've sent multiple emails and tried calling to speak with someone, but I haven't gotten a single response. It's beyond frustrating. I wouldn't recommend using ReserveBar and I definitely won't be using them again. I mean, for the price of the product and shipping, I could have just gone to a local store and picked up the same thing for less. But I was hoping for a nice surprise delivery. The only surprise is that they took my money and haven't sent the gift yet.

Honestly, companies shouldn't charge until the item is actually shipped. It's just common sense. I have no idea when my friend will actually receive their gift at this point. So, if you're thinking about using ReserveBar, I'd say think twice. There are probably better options out there.

ReserveBar Disappointing Experience with ReserveBar: Poor Customer Service and Shipping Policies

I ordered from ReserveBar a while back, way before Thanksgiving. I was excited to get my packages in the first week of December, but things didn't go as planned. The first package arrived with just one bottle, then the next package arrived with another bottle, but one of the two bottles of the same thing was missing. I waited for a while, hoping that another package would arrive with the missing bottle, but it never did. I thought maybe they had to source it from another vendor, so it would arrive in yet another package. But that didn't happen either.

I decided to reach out to customer service, but I didn't get any response from them. I sent an email, left a phone message, and tried the chat function, but nothing worked. I even called them multiple times, but still no response. I was frustrated and disappointed that they didn't get back to me, especially during the holiday season. I mean, every other company I do business with has always gotten back to me within 24 hours when I've had an issue. Maybe these folks are all drunk or something?

After a while, I finally got through to them, and the person I spoke with was lovely and immediately helpful. However, the company "doesn't do expedited shipping," even when they or their vendors have screwed up your order. I was disappointed that they couldn't promise to get the omitted bottle here within a week. I mean, that would have gone a long way, and I would have deleted the negative review.

Overall, I think ReserveBar needs to improve their customer service and shipping policies. It's frustrating when you don't get what you paid for, and it's even more frustrating when you can't get a response from customer service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make some changes to improve their service.

ReserveBar ReserveBar Review: Poor Communication and Delayed Orders

I had a pretty bad experience with ReserveBar. I ordered some stuff and they put a hold on my credit card for the full amount, which was about $1000. But then, after two weeks, I still hadn't gotten any updates on my order. No status updates, no nothing. I was starting to get pretty worried.

Then, after 8 days, I finally got an update. They told me that one of the items I ordered wasn't available and wouldn't be delivered. But they didn't say anything about the other three items I ordered. I had to ask them about it myself.

And then, when I did ask, they told me that my order would have to be split into multiple orders. And each new order would take at least 7-10 business days to fulfill. So basically, I was back to square one. And they only told me this because I asked about the delay. Who knows how long I would have had to wait if I hadn't asked?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using ReserveBar. It's just too risky. They don't seem to be very good at keeping track of orders or communicating with customers. All I got was delays and runaround.

ReserveBar Frustrated with ReserveBar's Shipping and Tracking Process

So, I gotta say, I'm feeling a little frustrated with ReserveBar. I mean, I get it, things are crazy right now and shipping is all messed up. But when I put in my order, there was no warning that it was gonna take a whole dang week and a half just to process it! And now that it's supposedly been shipped, I can't even track it properly because the tracking number ain't workin' with FedEx. Like, what the heck, man? I don't know if my order is actually on its way or if the tracking number is just messed up. And since I gotta be there to sign for it, I really need to know when it's gonna show up. I don't wanna be stuck waiting around all day for a delivery that might not even come. Look, I don't wanna be a downer or anything, but I gotta be honest - I'm not super impressed with ReserveBar right now. I just want some kind of estimate for when I can expect my order to arrive. Is that too much to ask?

ReserveBar Terrible Experience with ReserveBar: Poor Customer Service and Lost Product

I gotta say, ReserveBar (reservebar.com) is not my cup of tea. I had a terrible experience with their customer service. I ordered a bottle with glasses as a surprise gift for my buddy, but when the package arrived, the bottle was nowhere to be found. You can imagine how disappointed I was. And to make matters worse, they couldn't give me an ETA for the shipment of the bottle. I mean, come on, how hard can it be to keep track of your own products?

The worst part is that their customer service team is completely clueless. They don't know anything about the products they sell, they can't tell you anything about your order, and they have no idea when your shipment will arrive. And don't even get me started on trying to speak to a manager. It's like they're always on vacation or something. And when they do promise to call you back, they never do.

Honestly, I think Johnnie Walker should be ashamed to have Reserve Bar ship their products. It really puts the brand to shame. If you're thinking of ordering from ReserveBar, my advice is to save your money and your time and order from somewhere else. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

ReserveBar ReserveBar Review: High-Quality Spirits with a Few Bumps in the Road

I gotta say, I had a bit of a hiccup when I was trying to get my hands on some Sassenach Whisky from ReserveBar. I'm from MI, and for some reason, the website wasn't letting me add anything to my cart. It was a real bummer because I had my eye on this one selection that came with two glasses. But, after a bit of back and forth with customer service, they were able to fix the glitch and I was finally able to make my purchase.

One thing that did irk me a bit was the lack of a simple 'back to previous page' option. Whenever I tried to go back, I'd end up on some random screen that I had viewed before. It made navigating the site a bit more difficult than it needed to be.

But, on the bright side, I did enjoy checking out the 'Cocktail Bar' section of the site. There were some really cool ideas and recipes that I'm excited to try out. ReserveBar ReserveBar Review: Untrustworthy Practices and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on ReserveBar's website for a bottle of whiskey that cost me a whopping $260. However, I was disappointed to find out that I didn't receive any updates on my order for almost a month. I was left wondering what was happening with my order and whether I would ever receive my bottle of whiskey.

I tried to reach out to ReserveBar's customer service team multiple times, but it was a real struggle. I left a voicemail, made four phone calls, submitted two tickets, sent four emails, and even tried to chat with them twice. Unfortunately, one of the chats ended abruptly when the person on the other end disconnected.

After all of this, I finally received a response from ReserveBar's customer service team. However, it wasn't the news I was hoping for. They informed me that the whiskey I had ordered was actually sold out at the time of my purchase, but they hadn't bothered to update their website. I was furious! ReserveBar Disappointing Customer Service Experience with ReserveBar: A Review

I've been trying to get in touch with ReserveBar for a while now, but it seems like they're not too keen on responding to their customers. I've sent them four emails over the last three weeks, but all I've gotten back is a generic "thank you for contacting ReserveBar". It's a shame, because I've heard good things about them from other people. But if they can't even respond to their customers, how can I trust them to deliver a quality product?

Overall, I've lost faith in ReserveBar. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, because I think they have the potential to be a great company. But for now, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

ReserveBar Disappointed with ReserveBar's Customer Service and Order Accuracy

So, I placed my order with ReserveBar way back in March. I totally get that things have been crazy with everything going on, so I wasn't too worried about the delay. But when my order finally arrived, I was pretty disappointed to find out that they had sent me the wrong item. I had ordered Espresso Vodka, but instead I got regular vodka. Like, come on guys, you had all that time to double-check the order!

Anyway, I tried to get in touch with customer service to get the mistake fixed, but it was a total nightmare. It took forever for them to respond to my messages, and when they finally did, they had to "verify" that they would send me a replacement. Like, what does that even mean? It took them a few days to sort it out, and then they told me that they wouldn't send me the correct item until they had picked up the wrong one from FedEx. Like, seriously?

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with ReserveBar. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. I wish I could give them a lower rating, but apparently that's not an option.

ReserveBar ReserveBar Review: Limited Filters, Hidden Fees, but Good Selection and Prices

This website is a bit of a hassle to navigate. The filter options are pretty limited, and there's no way to sort by price or anything like that. So if you're looking for something specific, it can take a while to find it. And then, when you finally do find what you're looking for, you might be surprised by the delivery fee. It's not listed anywhere until you get to the checkout process, which is kind of annoying. Other websites let you input your zip code or address ahead of time to get an estimate, so why can't ReserveBar do the same?

Another thing that bugs me is the service fee. What's that all about? It would be nice if they explained it a bit better, or just built it into the delivery fee or the price of the product. That way, customers would know what they're getting into before they spend all that time browsing and adding things to their cart.

All that being said, ReserveBar does have a pretty good selection of stuff. They've got all the big brands, and some smaller ones too. And the prices seem pretty reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products. So if you're willing to put up with a little bit of hassle, it's definitely worth checking out. Just be prepared to spend some time browsing, and don't be surprised by the delivery fee or the service fee.

ReserveBar Challenging Website Navigation and Coupon Code Issues: My Experience with Heaven's Door Products

This website is a bit of a challenge to navigate. I had a really tough time figuring out how to make a purchase. I eventually realized that I needed to create an account and then log in to complete my order. It was a bit frustrating, but I eventually got it sorted out.

I was excited to take advantage of a promotion they were running on Heaven's Door products. Today is Bob Dylan's birthday, and I wanted to make a purchase that would support the food bank that #ServeSomebody is affiliated with. However, when I tried to apply a coupon code for free shipping on orders over $100, it didn't work. At checkout, the discount was listed as $0.00 and I was still charged $9.99 for shipping. I hope they will refund that amount.

Overall, it was a bit of a hassle to make my purchase, but I'm glad I was able to support a good cause. I just wish the website was a bit more user-friendly. I also had to pay a service fee on top of the shipping cost, which was a bit annoying. But I'm happy with my purchase and I hope it will make a difference for those in need.
