Just before i finished work i rung up red rooster in the city and asked for a large family chips with chicken salt for me and my kids and got (Ellie and Shaye ) my children to pick it up . when we got home we opend the box and we started eating it and Ellie complained about too much chicken salt but i told her to just brush it off and then shaye had a chip and put it into her mouth and she pulled out a Cockroaches leg.
when we went to take it back that night they said that we asked for chicken salt and that we were lying about the Cockroaches leg.
And we left without our money back or new chips and we went to bed HUNGRY . We are not happy with their behaviour and get rid of the girl with blonde short hair.
OMG THEY SHOULD SHUT THAT ### HOLE DOWN OR GET NEW WORKERS AND GET RID OF THE GIRL WITH SHORT BLONDE HAIR. :O F**K THEM

Myself and my partner ordered dinner, I order a BBQ chicken burger with NO SAUCE, (due to allergic reactions), he ordered a Flava wrap (no cheese). When we arrived home (a 25 minute drive away), I noticed that my burger was soaking in sauce (glad to have to taken a bite as I would have ended up in hospital). My partner and I swapped meals where I discovered the wrap was full of cheese that neiher could eat due to lactose intolerance. When we mentioned this to the company, nothing would be done about it unless we came back into the store (an hour round trip for 2 burgers, we would spend more in fuel).
Wrote to Red Rooster head office in regards to this, and the replay was they will pass it onto the local franchise.
My advice is, if you have to adhere to a special diet, do not eat there, all they want is your money and dont care if they stuff up your order, they just want your money... GO ELSEWHERE!

Over the past 9 months I have been a regular customer of Red Rooster Mt Gravatt, I can honestly say that since new management had taken over and new senior staff i am happy to say that the services that have been provided from the staff and new management has been beyond unbelieveable. As an elderly person i attend this store twice a week as it is just as easy to purchase a meal then to go home and make it myself after a long day at work. I really believe that if it wasnt for the service that has been provided from the staff that are one during the day i wouldnt be going back as often as i have been. Over the past few weeks I have been going into order my normal meal and have been served by a new manager twice, unsure what her name is as she does not wear a name tag, which is very unusual. My first encounter with her i found her to be rather rude as when she brought my meal out to me she threw it on the counter and walked out. My next encounter with her was, she was serving an asian couple she was getting annoyed with them
as they were still deciding she walked out the back. When she came back she made a comment "Well are you ready to now" when they paid for their order, she took their order out of the till and slammed it on the counter. As I ordered my meal she acted like she didnt want to serve me and when she brought my meal out to me she threw it on the counter when i made a comment that she was being rude all she could say was oh! "I cant be bother with this" and she continued to walk away.
When I went back to the store 2 days later I asked the cashier if i can speak to the store manager after telling her what had happened she pointed out the lady that was the store manager, at thie time this lady was yelling at her staff at the back. I told her no I wanted to speak to the nz lady, yet to be told that she no longer worked for Red Rooster. I really believe that this so called store manager should not be in a position with the attitude she had, and that she should be setting an example for her fellow staff.
I am very dissappointed that the previous store manager has left, as i felt she was the reason this store and staff was so welcoming, I feel that i well not be returning to this store as often or at all should this new manager be working.
This lady should be spoken to about her atitude.

I have bought red rooster from campbelltown a number of time and I would have to say that I was not happy with the Quality and the Quantite of the food.
